I love your products, buy lots of them again and again , but when I wrote asking if you could offer a service for unpacking furniture and disposing of the (excellent) packaging you use I received no reply. In your Totnes shop I raised this with the assistant, was told you offer this service but I am not aware of it so would like clearer info.

LOVE everything I have bought from Nkuku...great quality, packed well and something a little different. They have been very helpful when delivery was being a massive problem...we got there in the end but it did upset me! I paid for next day delivery to get items here before a party to find out dpd had sent my items back!!! Nkuku were easy to call and speak to...they resolved the situation asap and also kindly gave me a £25 voucher and free delivery for the inconvenience which wasn't their doing... 100% will be buying from them in future as just LOVE their stuff 😍

The floor lamp was not a bronze finish at all. More grey. Have bought this historically for another client so was very suprised at the awful finish. Not even close to the first one i did.

The products at Nkuku are really lovely but I agree with all those reviewers that say the online customer care is shockingly bad. It really is. Practically non-existent. It’s such a shame because it really lets the company down and makes it seem so inferior. I can only recommend that they learn a lesson from companies such as Pooky and John Lewis where the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
