Excellent as this type of ear tip thermometer cover cannot be easily found on the High street. They are certainly value for money as the tips need changing regularly. Would certainly recommend if you have this type of thermometer.

I would avoid this company completely. I ordered TUDCA supplement, as others have mentioned they don’t even despatch for over a week and then there was a further long delay for delivery via Aramex & then Royal Mail. Upon receiving the flimsy envelope I was convinced it was empty so videoed myself opening it, the packet inside had split near the top on one side so obviously unsafe to consume as I have no idea if this happened during transit or their factory. Customer service reviewed my footage & photos, refused to refund, offered 25% discount on future orders!! Deemed it safe to use.

This company is a scam.I ordered 2 products ,never arriverd ,customer service was not helpful at all and still waiting for the refund 3months now

DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS WEBSITE -I ordered Nikken MagDuo and received an email saying I had ordered something different. I had a screen shot of order so can prove this. I tried the website chat and this claimed it would put me through to a live agent it did not and eventually timed out. I rang them was placed on hold then eventually told non were available and the line went dead. It was a lot of money to lose DO NOT TRUST!

I had a complete refund and although I felt the pricing could be clearer and is much too high for the product I am very pleased to have been refunded and feel that the new score is deserved. Thank you to the customer service representative who helped me.

The worst experience ever. I will not be using this company again. I have been waiting several weeks for my order to arrive. After contacting them they said due to low stock they shipped it from the US and not the UK. They provided me with a tracking link which said the item had been delivered which was not the case. I am still waiting for a refund but they've said this will only be processed once the my order arrives. I have little faith in the order actually getting to me. Very annoyed

There was a delay, but the customer service team was willing and eager to assist with any other matters. I received the items I ordered.

I ordered some Chinese herbs £100 never heard nothing for 4 weeks so contacted them to be told they would look into it another week went by was then told I could have an alternative product I told them I did not want an alternative product and asked for a refund. They then came back with 4 continuous emails offering me a voucher or 25% off my next order they were doing everything they could to not refund the order I am still waiting as we speak after my 8th email asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER THE GOODS THEN WONT REFUND THE MONEY. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER AND DOR ANYONE THAT RISKS BUYING FROM THEM THE MORE FOOL YOU.
