Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste. This came on time, great service. Would recommend.

The products ordered claimed to be medical grade, which they clearly were not. The site implied the goods came from the UK - the packaging was all in Chinese and the package was posted in the US.... Vis mer

Good communication and the device purchased has done wonders for my partners aches and pains - he keepz commenting on how much better he feels which is amazing!!

Prompt service, great product.

Efficient service, regular updates & prompt delivery to N Ireland. Product is pure & has no fillers which is great, unlike many others. Many thanks.

The promised timescale was kept to

The promised timescale was kept to. The produce came in two "bundles". Possibly due to not using a box but using a bubble wrap bag.
The stuff inside (3 freeze dried herbs) is the usualstuff which really adds "zing" to my meals!

Title: Appalling Service and Unfulfilled Order – Beware of NineLife

I ordered a high-value item from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Two months later, I still have no delivery, no working tracking link, and no refund — despite repeated written assurances from their “WeCare” team that the item would either be delivered by mid-September or refunded in full if not received.

That promise was never honoured. After weeks of silence, I was told the package was “at my local post office” — which is absurd, since there are no functioning postal deliveries in my area and the order was sold with delivery included in the price.

I have now cancelled the purchase and demanded a refund under South African consumer law for breach of contract (malperformance).
To date, NineLife has ignored this lawful demand.

If you are considering ordering from NineLife in any country, please take this as a serious warning:

Their customer service is evasive and inconsistent.

Refunds are delayed or refused even when the company is clearly at fault.

Delivery promises are repeatedly broken.

I would strongly advise using a reputable retailer with verifiable local operations.

(This review concerns NineLife South Africa but is posted here to alert global consumers, as the same parent company appears to operate under multiple NineLife domains.)

Easy ordering process and able to…

Easy ordering process and able to obtain products not available elsewhere. Good communication via email updates. Did take a while to arrive though (couple of weeks) so speedier method of shipping would be better.

Beware of Ninelife.Scammers based in India

BEWARE*** update in response to the Ninelife comment below. *** No need for a separate email conversation. Part of their scam, Ninelife use emails as a dishonest stalling tactic. There is no benefit in continuing a complaint by email as their bot churns out pro forma stalling responses. Ninelife is falsely trading and dishonestly communicating . They owe me money for a bulk purchase and their emails are computer generated pro forma excuses. They were obliged to refund my money weeks ago. Ninelife is legally required to refund me without excuse. Weeks after requesting the refund and being told it will be "processed" I have received nothing. Meanwhile the Ninelife scam continues with further emails saying "I've passed this on to the relevant team" or "We are looking into the issue". These emails are not to be believed. Do not use Ninelife as my experience is evidence they are trading dishonestly. They have no UK presence despite their site implying one and their phone numbers don't work. They continue to advertise goods that they can't supply, they won't refund your money when they can't fulfil your order. ***BEWARE.***

**** update*** Ninelife is still offering the product it took my money for and won't refund, but it doesn't have stock, it is still sending pro forma emails claiming it is 'looking into the issue' of refunding me my money but it hasn't refunded the cash. They are unreachable by phone and have no physical presence in the UK despite appearing to have a UK outlet. Dishonest traders. Do not use.

Beware of Ninelife. Dishonest scammers.
I bulk ordered Zenb noodles at considerable cost after a wait I was informed that Zenb not available and offered an alternative which I refused. They kept making excuses not to refund. I have now been emailing over weeks asking for my money back but NineLife continues making excuse offering discounts, or sending pro forma replies that they 'are working on the request'. The phones don't work either. They are still offering ZenB on their site which further suggests they are not honest traders. Do not use this company they are scammers based in India.

Ordered 6 tins of expensive Augustun…

Ordered 6 tins of expensive Augustun Farms emergency food from what I thought was a UK site. After days of no update I reached out. Got sent a tracking number for a DHL parcel coming from USA! I kept an eye on its transit then got a text from ETARGET in relation to what turned out to be my parcel, which actually got delivered via Royal mail, with only 4 tins inside the box! I also received an email saying "your Amazon parcel was delivered" (via Royal mail), when I never placed an order with Amazon for this. So that's FOUR different delivery companies mentioned, all connected to 9 life. Nobody answers the phone or live chat. I've sent an email but have little hope in a response. I'm £100 out of pocket and there wasn't even any kind of delivery note in the box. Meanwhile, when I click on the "check your order status" that links to my account in 9 life's site, it says "your order was confirmed 27th September" (today), which makes no sense as the order was placed 10th Sept.
I can only assume their system is lying and suggesting my order has been fulfilled, when it hasn't.
I wish I'd read the bad reviews instead of trusting the 4 stars. Clearly some type of scam is going on, involving a chain of different delivery companies.
