Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste. This came on time, great service. Would recommend.

Ordered products on 16th December
Ordered products on 16th December, and the delivery date was shown as being in time for Christmas. Chased up when nothing arrived - was told that the estimated delivery dates were now up to 3rd Jan. Nothing arrived. Chased again yesterday - again told "It will be with you soon". No updates, no meaningful timescale - just told to chase up with the local courier, which I (as the customer) should not have to do. Get your products elsewhere, this lot are jokers.

I chose a British company but my product was sent from America so needs to be returned to America, at my expense.I was informed the product was not in stock so I cancelled the item requesting a full refund . I unfortunately missed an email 2 days later which informed me it was back in stock so they dispatched it. I'm now left to send back and wait a refund. Drama started November 2025 on going start 2026. I'm the one left out of pocket 😞

I had no shipping / delivery notice…
I had no shipping / delivery notice after 2 weeks of purchase even though it was marked as in stock. I tried their online chat but the robot could never put me through to a real agent as none were available, I tried this 5 times over 3 days. I couldn't get through to an agent on the phone either over the same period. Eventually I had a reply from an email I sent a week later, over the course of another week I was offered credit & eventually was offered a refund that came a month after purchase.

Very happy with product
Very happy with product, very reasonable delivery costs as its from the US. Delivery took longer than expected and I'd of liked an email letting me know this, however still overall happy.
Not happy with this company
I placed an order online 18th December, delivery stated between christmas and new year, by January 1st. I emailed yesterday as I had not heard anything, today I get a reply from Sean stating my order should ( not will) by shipped by January 9th. What????? Why?????
I informed them that they lied on their website and I was not happy and want my order cancelled and refunded.
Not happy with thus company, thry take my money and expect me to wait for them to ship 22 days after ordering and still that is not guaranteed.
UPDATE 1: The company offered me 30% of next purchase or 10% discount into my bank for me not to cancel. I informed them I still wanted to cancel and receive my refund of £62.24. I simply do not trust this company, it may be a disservice based on other customer's reviews, but based on mine, it is not.
UPDATE 2: the company came back and offered 120% Voucher or a total refund (why they put total refund I don't know , because why would it be anything else) I informed them, no more offers please, I want the order cancelled and a refund. The next email received said they had "successfully put through a request for a refund" ???
I also received another email asking me to update my review to show I have been refunded. As I have yet to see the refund, I will wait until it shows in my bank before updating this review.
UPDATE 3: I checked my bank today (8th Jan) and my refund is there. Hopefully the company will stop emailing now asking me to amend my review as I have now done so. SUMMARY: I will never order from this company again, as said previously, I simply do not trust them

Quality dry peppers
I bought a bag of dry chillies and this particular type is difficult to find. NineLife delivered to me a very good quality product. I was Very surprised with the chillies were not broken and were very tasty 😋 fast delivery and fair price.

Overpricing and snotty reply to complaint
I search for best price for TEEKANNE Persischer Grantapfel Tea. An advert from Ninelife.no showed a picture of 12 packets at NOK 510.46 which was the best offer I found. I placed an ordered and paid the amount by Visa on 27. Nov.
I collected the parcel from the post office 18. Dec. and paid NOK 52.- MVA to get it.
The parcel contained 1 (ONE) packet @ 20 bags (45gr.), not the 12 anticipated.
I sent a message of complaint immediately and demanded refund. Received a standard reply asking for details and pictures, which was sent same evening.
Got a reply from Nine life UK the next morning informing me that "the order had been delivered as ordered". I replied the same day that I disagreed and again demanded refund (-1 pk. as received)
Today I received a message from Handleline Global, India that the case had been checked and closed.
When I tried to protest the next message just said:
"Thank you for your enthusiasm, but this ticket has already been rated." (No avenue for reply)
I will pursue this case thought whatever means available to me here in Norway as I don't like being taken for a fool.
On request, here is update 05.01.2026:
I have been communicating several times with a person who sign as: Kara, WeCare, Nine life.
22.12. 2025 I sent a receipt from Posten as requested and pointed out that self-declared value was NOK 24.- Charging NOK 510.46 for that item is cheating and a criminal offence.
24.12.2025 I received a message reading: "We have refunded the customs charges back to the original mode of payment. I completely understand your decision to move forward with a refund. I want to sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience you've experienced, and I truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.
120% Voucher Refund – 100% Bank Refund
25.12.2025 I replied that I would like 100% refund.
Final email was received 28.12.2025: "I've raised a request successfully to provide you with a refund, and within 3-5 working days, you will receive it via the same mode of payment".
I have checked my bank account regularly.
Per today 05.01.2025 refund has not been credited my account.
I will pursue this matter until refund of NOK 510.46 is received in full

The worst UK supplier ever
This is the worst company I ever dealt with in the UK. I made an order on 9/12 and until today 19/12 it was not dispatched, although their website stated delivery by 16/12 when I ordered it . They have the worst customer service ever, I contacted them multiple times via emails they replied ounce then disappeared, I contacted their phone number and I was never connected to any agent. They have expensive deliver fees 7.99 sterling and they don't dispatch the orders. Now I made an order cost me 64 pounds and I didn't get the order or my money back and no one to contact. Never trust them and I will never recommend them to anyone. They are nor reliable or professional .

Good Shopping Experience
Ordering through to payment on the UK NineLife website was easy to complete. There was a good choice of products to choose from. I purchased the Lounge Doctor leg rest which was accurately described and pictured. Delivery from America took a little bit longer than estimated, but through DHL shipping it was easy to track my purchase, so was well informed up to delivery. I was delighted to receive my item, of exceptional quality, which came nicely packaged and well boxed. Will definitely be recommending NineLife to family and friends.
I have paid for my order and now waited nearly 3 weeks and it has not been shipped. I contacted them, they apologize, and do nothing about it. I am very tired of getting no correspondence and no help.

Ordering was seamless. Although the actual delivery by your shipping agent took much longer than expected, I received regular updates from Ninelife on when the products were being processed and dispatched. The delivery was meant to be between 26th Nov & 3rd Dec, I got it yesterday, the 10th of Dec 2025.
