Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste. This came on time, great service. Would recommend.

Totally misleading info for delivery and POI on website
Placed an order for Chocolate Casino Chips for two big birthdays in our family at the very end of January. Order cost well over £100.
Placed the order on 16th Jan 2026 expecting the parcel within the week to ten days as suggested on the website.
Only being delivered now 5th Feb 2026
Discovered only through the Tracking Info the order was being shipped from America - absolutely no information the website stating this.
I ordered from Ninelife as I fully believed the order was coming from within the UK.
The Tracking showed the parcel was received into the UK on 27th Jan but it's now taken 10 days for it to be delivered.
Very disappointed with their replies when I emailed to politely query the order.
Absolutely no transparency on the website about point of origin or true delivery dates.
Will not use them again as I now do not trust them as a supplier.

So i emailed them in regards to a refund because the product i received from them is a lot smaller then advertised.
They sound nice and friendly and polite, and then they offred me only 15% refund. 15% refund for selling a product that was not as desctibed??? Embarrassment of a company! ABSOLUTE CON-ARTISTS.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

So i finally got the cushion and im very dissapointed! They advirtise this cushion suitible for a wheelchair with almont 20" square and 1.9" thick.
But in reality, its 14"square and 0.7 thick! Im not even going to open it. U can get the same cushion from Amazon for £10. Yet they charged me over £80 for it. Ill be lucky if i get £10 for it on a marketplace.
One of the worst experiences i had when purchasing goods online, if not the worst.

I havent received an item yet. Once i do, i will update my review.
At the meantime, ill review their customer service. Well, its none existant. I tried to contact them, the automated service said in an American accent(mind it says United Kingdom in their company name) "all our representavives are busy at the moment" and then u hear beep beep beep.
Their Ai chat bot also says that all agents r busy and then disconnects
The reason y i needed to contact their customer service, is because i ordered a cushion for £80+ and it still hasnt been dispached. I ordered 3 products after that, all from UK suppliers, and some of them have already arrived.
Not sure if i feel good about this company. Ill know to be cautious when ordering from a company that has 4 or less star reviews on Trustpilot.

I just tried calling them. Its 530pm. Same thing: "all of our agents are unavailable"
They look more and more like legal fraudsters. I cant believe i got caught.
I thought 4 or above stars rating is legit on Trustpilot.

Order never arrived but got refund in the end
I previously gave a negative 1 star review as my order never arrived (after 2 months wait and endless back-and-forth emails trying to get a refund) but I have updated it to 3 stars as they have finally reimbursed me for the order that never arrived, so I guess that’s something!

Delivery was slow
Delivery was slow, it was nine days before the item was dispatched. DHL e-commerce were in no hurry to deliver it. The Item only just arrived in the nick of time before I went away.

Ordered products on 16th December, and the delivery date was shown as being in time for Christmas. Chased up when nothing arrived - was told that the estimated delivery dates were now up to 3rd Jan. Nothing arrived. Chased again yesterday - again told "It will be with you soon". No updates, no meaningful timescale - just told to chase up with the local courier, which I (as the customer) should not have to do. Get your products elsewhere, this lot are jokers.
