Order placed without issues, shipping took an age due to being sent from China. In that time I decided I would rather buy the M2 printer. The day the printer arrived, I raised a return through their customer service as I had already ordered the M2.
Customer services then emailed me offering me labels or a discount instead or returning the item and receiving a refund. I explained I had already ordered and wanted to return. I then received a reply asking which labels I wanted instead of a return. I explicitly told them I did not want these and asked for the returns address once again. This is where the communication ends. Niimbots have decided to ghost me and run down the 14 day returns window to deliberately avoid processing my returns request.
I have raised a formal complaint with PayPal due to this breach of my consumer rights and have started a complaint through Citizens Advice who liaise with Trading Standards on overseas companies.

Order placed on July 8th, still not shipped to this day. When you try to reach them, there is no human response whatsoever: just an automated bot repeating that orders are prepared within three days maximum. We are well past that, with no explanation and no shipping notification. This is unacceptable for an order that was paid in full.

I'm waiting for a response from them and will update my review accordingly. In the meantime, I'd advise against ordering from this site.

I had originally purchased the NIIMBOT M2 thinking it would print full-color product labels. After receiving it, I realized it uses thermal transfer ribbons and prints one ribbon color at a time, so I contacted customer support expecting to return it.

Instead of giving me a generic response, the support team took the time to review several of my actual label designs and explained exactly which ones would work, which ones wouldn't, and why. They recommended the correct ribbon and label paper combinations for each design and were very honest about the printer's limitations rather than making unrealistic promises.

Even better, they offered to send me additional ribbons and label paper so I could test different combinations before deciding whether to return the printer. That level of customer service is rare.

I own multiple NIIMBOT printers for different business locations, and this experience has given me confidence to continue using their products. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its products and genuinely tries to help customers find a solution, I highly recommend NIIMBOT.

Ordered but thay sent the wrong labels. After much communications had a very poor service and my orders are still not delivered correct -VERY POOR SERVICE AVOIDE THIS COMPANY

Very very poor the delivery says 10 days but I have placed 3 orders now different dates and every order has taken over 1 month + not only that but my last order there was an item missing which I paid for the site itself is legit but the service is very poor and when contacted them they only say we will add an extra roll of lables in for the unconveniance and never do but I wouldn't be buying again and I just want to let others know that if you are not in a hurry for anything then this would be OK for you but always check what you have received as this has also happened to a friend of mine aswell

It does the job well. Just know that the models vary significantly. Make sure you get the one that meets your specific needs.

So easy and so exciting to use this device! I was wishing it for a long time and finally have it! So wonderful it is! Just hopefully the gold film also will be available again and working properly! Can’t wait to order all the possible stickers to try them for my future projects

You can choose from a wide range of templates and styles, making the process of designing stickers for simple and friendly. The printer is perfect for use at home or office-making stickers for home organization, to use office needs such as marking objects, boxes or documents. The quality compared to the price certainly pays, and I see that this product provides me with an unusual, reliable and easy to use for self-printing printer stickers. The device has become my life easier and I definitely plan to use it on a regular basis.

Im Rahmen der Bestellung angegebene Versandtermine werden nicht eingehalten, vielmehr werden immer wieder verbindliche Versandtermine zugesagt, die dann nicht eingehalten werden. Letztendlich ist die Ware auch nach 4 Wochen noch nicht da und das liegt nicht an dem Transpotweg von Hongkong nach Deutschland oder an dem Versandunternehmen, sondern an Niimbot selbst, die die Ware viel zu spät verschickt haben. Und dann immer wieder nur das obligatorische "sorry" und "...wie wichtig Kundenservice doch ist..." - ich kann diese 08/15-Floskeln nicht mehr hören bzw. lesen und sage "acta, non verba"!!!

It always automatically connects to my phone. It automatically knows which labels are loaded. I love all the spacing, fonts and I LOVE that I can add pictures! I was able to make great quick labels with a picture and text that I used as a card on a teacher gift that turned out super cute!
