Wer sich bei Phomemo einen ohnehin nicht ganz günstigen Drucker bestellt, wird nach dem Installieren der Phomemo App nicht schlecht staunen. Die wenigen Funktionen, die kostenlos sind, kann man circa drei - bis fünfmal anwenden und dann ist ein jährliches Abo, welches stolze 36,99€ kostet fällig. Ja, jährlich 36,99€!
Ich las dann die Bewertungen zu dieser App im Google Playstore und selbst dann soll man für vielgebrauchte Funktionen noch tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Ich versuchte dann den Drucker via andere Drucker-Apps einzubinden - doch keine Chance. Es ging nur mit der Phomemo-App.
Ich jedenfalls habe den Drucker umgehend zurückgeschickt. Eine Kommunikation verlief schleppend. Eine Rückerstattung steht noch aus.

Ich kann und werde Phomemo absolut nicht empfehlen.

I have had my printer for over a year. Today it won’t let me print a basic label (text only) without getting a subscription.

I shouldn’t have to pay to print.

It's a shame you can't put 0 stars. This is by far the most awfull and stupid printer and application for smartphone that i have ever seen, the devs and engineers who created those software must have brain issue, i dont even understand how the person in charge said ok this is fine lets launch the app and the chain of production, those people must be seriously stupid, absolute dog shit software and products

Der letzte Dreck kauft auf keinen Fall den Drucker die wollen nur Geld machen mache meinen kaputt stelle das online

Wenn man kein Abo abschliest, dann blockiert der Drucker, sodass keine Etikette gedruckt werden kann. Werbung für Abo ploppt immer wieder auf.
Zwang zum Abo vorhanden.

I have not had a chance to use the new printer yet because Phomemo sent me the wrong labels. This has happened twice, so I don't know that I will be using this company again.

Très bien avant. Mais depuis la mise à jour (obligatoire), j’ai tout perdu! Et maintenant, je ne peux plus utiliser certaines de mes étiquettes, ayant jeté l’emballage. Impossible également d’enregistrer un modèle. Je dois tout recommencer à chaque fois.
J’en étais très contente, mais ça, c’était avant!

After the first label - the pro app shuts down some input and edit features and will not let you print the label unless you subscribe at $7 / mo or $30 / yr. BS!!!! Amazon is doing nothing about this vendor!! This is illegal as far as I am concern and to be falls into the false advertising bucket by amazon buyers who do not know this! Funny Chat GPT did, but only after I pried it out of it and found this site. Too bad it's a great little printer and they're pulling this stunt in today's Marketplace!

They suddenly started requiring a subscription to use the label maker. It says you can use non "premium" label things without a subscription but when I try to print it out it just throws up stupid errors saying I need a subscription. Even though I used only free label things. Totally unfair enshittification. DO NOT BUY.

Bought the printer, and received it. It looked a bit smaller then what i thought but hey ho it is what it is so lets carry on ( were my thoughts). then i found out that you need to pay month or yearly to get the best out of the machine. So thats it for me. Machine has send back. I buy a bloody product so let me fully use it.
Im so sick of all this subscriptions products this days. A shame as the printer and app work great. But i just refuse to pay monthly or yearly to get my logo on a sticker while i already paid for the machine and bought extra stickers.

È la prima volta che do una recensione negativa su un oggetto. Ho acquistato la phomemo m832 e alla consegna era con la batteria allo 0%. Dopo 4 ore segnava ancora 0%. Ho provato vari cavi e caricatori ma batteria non si è caricata. Ho acquistato poi la M834 stesso problema con la batteria. In questo caso La stampa era pessima. Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza con il quale ho avuto lo scambio di mail infruttuoso. Credo in realtà di aver dialogato con l'intelligenza artificiale, le risposte erano abbastanza standardizzate. Il loro obiettivo è comunque quello di chiudere il prima possibile il ticket senza risolvere il problema.

Ich habe eine Bestelländerung beantragt, da ich ein falsches Produkt bestellt hatte. Nach einem einmaligen Mailkontakt, ob ich bereit sei, die Differenz (7$ mehr) zu zahlen und dies bejahte, habe ich nach mehrmaligen Mails keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Original-Betrag wurde bereits abgebucht, mir wurde kein Paket zugeschickt und eine Rückzahlung hat auch nicht stattgefunden. Bin sehr enttäuscht... Meidet diesen Shop!

My printer worked just fine for a couple of mounths. Now the app is not for free anymore, so I have to pay ever year for the app. They didn't say that at the beginning. So now, I can't use the printer unless I pay extra for the app. I think it's not fair. They had to say that before I got the printer. It's dissepointing!!!

Après 6 mois d'utilisation,
L'imprimante ne charge plus. J'ai essayé pendant des heures, d'autres chargeurs et câbles de la puissance recommandé, mais rien à faire, réinitialisation impossible. J'ai envoyé des vidéos et photos. Le SAV est minable, il ne me donne aucune solution en dehors des préconisations que j'ai appliqué 36 fois. Rien n'y change. Elle est pourtant sous garantie ! Je n' est plus qu'à la mettre à la poubelle ! Je ne recommande pas Phomemo, ni l'imprimante M382!

Warning, their products are complete scams, the printers just do not print even when you follow all their vague instructions on the app and the live chat is completely worthless if it was gifted to you. I don't know if I just recieved a broken one but none of the paper works and I've tried printing with all sorts of images and it just gets wasted. Do not spend any money on these products unless you want it to go to waste.

Bondefangeri. Du skal benytte en betalings app for at få glæde af maskinen. App koster årligt mere end maskinen.

Bought the Phomemo M110 Portable Thermal Label Maker and I feel totally scammed.
You can hardly use any templates or create/print in a normal straightforward manner, without signing up for a costly monthly or annual subscription.
It isn't mentioned anywhere in the information that this is the case. This is misleading and dishonest.

Never again will I purchase something from the Phomemo brand.

I bought the tattoo stencil printer. Load of shite. Never ever even one decent stencil..you have to literally wrestle the bastard thing. I've wasted 4 entire packs of stencil paper which has wasted me a fortune. Avoid this product at all costs. Or alternatively you can have mine. It's shit.

Bought their Portable Thermal Printer A4 from Amazon and it is excellent. Aftercare service is also excellent.
