Honestly, you'll get the truth from me. Your customer service is very superb, prompt replies to every issue I brought up, and I do love the designs of your garments. But the fabrics on a couple pieces were terrible, and that's too bad given how nice everything looks in the photos. I do wish you'd use more natural fabrics like linen and cotton.

I thought I was buying from USA company. Wrong!!! Returning the product is to China. I wanted a refund, so sent it back. My return has been sitting in customs for over a month. What a scam!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

I received the wrong size and immediately emailed customer service. They sent me the correct size right away. Sarah from customer service was very helpful and provided excellent support.

From the box arriving to putting the dress on, everything felt high quality throughout.

The design is elegant and the quality is fine, I would just like to see more choices.

When my order of blouses arrived in the wrong color, customer service didn't make me jump through hoops about it. They let me keep the blouses and offered a full store credit since the correct color wasn't available anymore. I used the credit toward two dresses, and they processed that order quickly so I'd have them in time for an event.

Bogus company. Shirt advertised as linen/cotton blend,made of horrible polyester. 1st, they offered me 10% return, then 20%, then 30%. BEWARE. Not a mom and daughter store in USA. Website is full of lies.

Your customer service is wonderful, quick to respond, and I do love the designs. However, the fabric on this particular skirt was disappointing, thinner than the price suggested. I called about returning it and ended up taking store credit, which I used toward a lovely pair of sandals. I do wish more of the clothing used natural fabrics like cotton or linen.

The colors look slightly different in person than online, but it's still a very nice piece overall.

My cardigan arrived with a small snag in the sleeve and I was so disappointed bc the color was exactly what I wanted. emailed customer service expecting the usual back and forth but they apologized right away and shipped me a brand new one at no charge, didnt even ask for the damaged one back. ended up ordering a second one in another color while I was at it. this is the kind of service that keeps me coming back

I've washed this thing twice and the color is still perfect. came a day early too which never happens
