Why is there no choice for zero stars? I wish I had known about Trustpilot before I ordered from this fraudulent company! What they sent me was typical Chinese shower curtain material, ugly design, poorly made crap. The website is totally fake- you can’t even leave a review because you click on the review stars and nothing happens. I fired an email back to them but from the reviews, I will not be getting my money back and I’m not about to return it to CHINA. I’m mad at myself for falling for it and will be reporting them to my credit card company, BBB, and anywhere else I can think of. I’m so sick of these Chinese scams. I will be checking Trustpilot from now on before I order any clothing online.

The dresses I ordered were poorly made with unfinished edges. They did NOT match the descriptions of the type of fabric. Through deceptive advertising - they are not a company from NANTUCKET! They are located in China! They will not return my money, unless i ship them to a China, which will cost over $300 - (3x the cost of the dresses). Don't be fooled! They are an unethical company!!!!

If I could rate it zero I would. Try to read the reviews on their website and you can’t open them. Their return policy is nonexistent. They offered me a 10%, then 20%, then 30% discount to return a dress I ordered that looked nothing like the website’s picture. However, they would not tell me how I would receive the partial refund. This company is a total scam. You have to email them to get return instructions, which took 4 days for them to respond, and you have to, at your own expense mail the item back to China which is prohibitively expensive. Do not order from this company. I am making a complaint to my credit card company but I don’t have much hope. I think I will also complain to the USPS about fraudulent use of the US mail. I ordered on April 11, received the item around April 27th and immediately tried to correspond with them. I finally heard back from them on May 1st. DO NOT ORDER. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Can I rate a 0? I ordered a linen cotton blend shirt and received a cheap 100% polyester piece of crap. Refund policy is full refund with no shipping cost if product is defective. Well it certainly is, it’s polyester not cotton linen. The company however will only refund me less shipping back charges.

My solution is to dispute the original charge on my credit card with the reason listed as incorrect product received, vendor will not refund. I’ll get my money back that way.

If I could give zero stars I would. Deceptive advertising is an understatement. I ordered a 99%cotton dress,I received polyester of the worst kind.My requests to return were fobbed off in 4 emails, with a " final offer"of 40% discount. How dare they!Returns go to China!And at the customer's expense. This company had NOTHING to do with a Nantucket business. My Bank secured a refund. This is fraudulent advertising...be warned.

The ad photo is totally deceiving. The dress is made of poor cheap polyester with no flair to it at all. I can not believe what I have received. I sent an email requesting instruction on how to return item, but no response yet. Do not buy from this scam company that is obviously shipping cheap items from China at a high cost to buyers. I am actually rating this a 0.

My experience is the same as every other reviewer: poor quality fabric, no tag, evasive about return process. I just spoke with the Chase "Dispute Team" who have put a hold on my credit card payment and told me I'm not responsible.

I would also give a zero rating if I could. I echo every single review here and can validate that it is true. I also regret not doing my homework before purchasing. The responses to my feedback were prompt but obviously AI generated because they never address the core issue of false advertising and deception. They do their offer of 10% partial refund up to 30% as you keep insisting on their poor quality garments. And to get a full refund is completely on the customer and it returns to CHINA, not Nantucket. This is a total sham. Stay away!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Completely deceptive company located in China selling crappy clothing! I should have listened to my gut instinct after I ordered from them and cancelled the order. But I didn’t. Buyer beware!!

This company is a total sham. I ordered 2 tops that looked adorable on the website and were supposed to be a cotton linen blend. Well, there was no cotton and no linen in them. Very cheap material and very cheaply constructed. I’m mad at myself for falling for this company which claims to be located in Nantucket. It is not. The tops were made in and shipped straight from china. Nearly impossible to return for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company has nothing to do with anyone named Nicole, Nantucket, or the Coast. What was advertised as a cotton/linen shirt turned out to be a cheaply made and stitched polyester piece of crap from China. You are welcome to return it for a full refund after you pay $25 shipping fee to China. I am mad at myself for not reading these reviews before ordering and that I got duped. RUN.

TOTAL SCAM. Stay away from this place- "Nicoles Coastal Boutique". They make it look and sound like they are in the US. but they reside in China. Someone needs to prosecute sites like this for stealing and deceptive advertising. Its not until you go to return the poor quality, too small item that you find out they are in CHINA, and it will cost $30-$40 for you to return the item. It will take them a few weeks of more scamming before they send you the China address you need to send the item back. This is very poor for the reputation of China. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!

Nicoles Coastal Boutique has 1. Deceptive advertising
2. Extremely poor quality material and poorly made.
3. Can't do a return because the instructions to do a return lead you in a circle.
'Nicole's Coastal Boutique in Nantucket' more than likely doesn't exist. Shame on me for not checking on them first and shame on them for being crooks.

The material is substandard, items do not look like the advertised pictures and while they advertise no hassle returns - they have done everything they could except provide with return information.

Chinese Scam Company

It's a scam. Never buy anything from them. The quality of the clothes is pure, the size doesn't match and the advertisement is fake. They never respond when asking for a return.

Agree with everyone! A total ripoff. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will be donating the items to charity! Disgraceful company that should be shut down immediately.

I ordered two linen and cotton shirts. One was described as embroidered. When they arrived FROM CHINA they were a low quality synthetic jersey material, not cotton or linen. The shirt which was supposed to be embroidered had an image of embroidery printed on it. The quality of the stitching was poor with raw edges visible under the collar and at the keyhole neck opening. The company markets themselves as "coastal" and from Nantucket but they are neither. They also use the term "Free Shipping in the US", implying they are in the US. They are not.

I would have given this zero stars if available. Definitely a scam. Product is absolutely nothing like the picture.

I would honestly give a rating of 0 stars if that was an option. Website for this store is obviously fake. Very deceptive- they claim to be a small Nantucket boutique when actually they are based in China. The clothing is cheaply made, polyester fabric without any labels or tags containing brand name, fabric material, size, or instructions for care. The website claims that the items are cotton and linen blend and this is a complete falsehood. The clothes are probably the worst quality that I have ever purchased. They claim to offer a 30 day return guarantee but when I tried to return the items I was told I would have to send them back to China and pay all of the shipping charges which likely are more than the items are worth. They then offered me a partial refund but I plan to dispute the charges with my bank and report them as the scam that they are. Worst experience ever!!
