If I could give them zero stars, I would. They sent me a dress that was way too large, I tried to return it but couldn’t. I had also ordered a blouse that never showed up and they kept telling me by email that it was on the way but it obviously isn’t. It’s been over 4 months now! TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes look great but never show up!

What went wrong?? EVERYTHING!! $75 for a ‘plastic’ dress - literally plastic!! There was no discernible difference between the dress and the plastic bag it came in. When I contacted the company for a refund (since the dress simply did not fit!) I was given a ‘runaround’ (“Would you accept 20% off to keep the dress?”), escalating with each correspondence until they were offering me 30% off to keep a dress I could not wear. Do the math … they wanted me to PAY $52 to keep a dress I could not wear! I stood firm and was told the item needed to be returned to the warehouse (even though it did not appear to COME from said ‘warehouse’) before they could process my return and I would have to pay for shipping. Fine - whatever. The ‘warehouse’ … IS IN CHINA! So I paid the (over) $30 to send it to the address they requested in China and here it is - FIVE MONTHS later - and the item is returned to me as ‘REFUSED’ by their designated recipient!! What a SCAM! Do not buy from Sophie & Grace!!

The dress I ordered was very bad quality and I have not had a response from their customer support regarding initiating a refund. Frustratingly you have to contact them to start a refund request, rather than being given refund instructions upon delivery. It all fees very suspect and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dresses ordered back in May 2026 and were cheap and poorly made. Tried to return. Sent the items back to China to the address they told me. It cleared Chinese customs a month ago but Sophie and Grace never picked them up so now they are being sent back to me in the US. So now I am out the cost of the dresses and $70.30 for postage to send the dresses back to China. They pretend to be a quaint dress shop out of Savannah but they are junk from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVER.

Should not even be rated as 1 star but 0 not an option. I spent a month of back and forth emails with the company about a return/ exchange/ refund and was caught in a circle of bogus apologies and no help. I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company and won. But, I wish I knew how to get companies like this off the internet and made illegal!!!

STAY. AWAY. This is a scam outfit that preys on ladies like myself They are crooked and hope they get shut down. I have been taken advantage of and im a retired teacher on a fixed income. SHAME

Items come from china and take 2/3 weeks to be delivered. Not as described at all

Poor Quality and my card got hacked after using it with them. Not at all what it appears to be!!! Sizing Way too Small Made in China not the US as it appears.

Beware! The quality of the merchandise is poor and don't fall for the southern store front as this is probably a china distributor. I requested a refund as the policy states can be made in 30 days. They requested a picture of the garment i purchased and I tried to send but the email address was returned undeliverable. I have requested a legitimate email address but I won't hold my breathe. Lesson learned!!!

Alessandra bohemian jumpsuit… I wish I had read reviews before ordering - will never make that mistake again. The jumpsuit I ordered was promised within 3 days but took more than two weeks to arrive. Rather than an embroidered bodice - as described in their advert - the top half of the jumpsuit (not fitted like a bodice) had a black tar-like printed pattern. The material was not as expected - polyester instead of a cotton/linen shown in the picture (although no material description was given). The jumpsuit was like a sack tied in the middle with no fitting and threaded tie at waist level. Very poor quality tailoring and not cheap.

Do NOT buy from this site. I ordered 2 dresses. The quality is crap (pardon my language, but true) and their customer service is even worse. We've sent more than 15 emails back and forth trying to do a return or replacement. Their products are drop shipped from China and you have to pay shipping to China for a return. Just stay away!!!

Waited 3 weeks for an order. It arrived, very poor quality and overall design misrepresented, poor fit. Tried to return it and they said they’re in China and shipping to return costs as much as I paid. It’s a total scam and miss represented. They offer a 10% refund. I will never buy anything from instagram again.

Wish I'd read reviews before shopping! The dress that arrived was NOT the one I'd seen on the website (similar, but definitely not the same) and they advertise their shop/location as being LIVERPOOL UK when actually it's China (this is very well hidden on their website, extremely misleading). On trying to return it, I've been told I can post back to China, at my own expense. Which will cost more than the cheap flimsy dress itself! A scam, and also a load of bots/AI/convoluted returns process that means they're taking your money and sending poor quality clothes that don't even MATCH the product or design on the website. Avoid like the plague.

If I could have given no stars then that what they would have got! A three piece outfit looks like linen, oh no the cheapest see through material, absolutely vile, dont be decieved by the two English woman with Liverpool underneath from China STEER WELL CLEAR

This was the worst on-line ordering experience of my life. The dress did not resemble the picture, exchanging was a farce and every step along the way took a lot of time and was rife with barriers. Your customer care is awful.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have already reported this company to the FTC. We ordered some shirts that said they were embroidered with a design, when we received them, they were printed material. We tried to return the product and they offered up to 30% of the cost to not have to deal with actually returning the product (to China I might add). I spent almost $100 to ship the items back and it was just returned 2 months later "unclaimed." I am still battling with them.

When the clothes finally arrived probably from China after significant delays, 1 item was way too small and cheaply constructed linen. 2 other items, (dresses,) were 95% polyester (not as advertised,) and so cheaply constructed I am not sure I can in good conscience even donate them. The pictures on the site do not truly represent the items I got. When contacted, returns were not feasible, partial credit was offered for the one that was too small. Donating them was the only option.

I wish I had read the reviews on line before ordering for myself. What a disappointment! Sent a little more than normal expecting a good product and good service. I got neither. Return policy: Requires you to send you item back to China. NOTE: I checked and this would have cost another $100+. Not in their policy on line. They will give you a return and you can keep the item at if I remember 10-20% of the purchase. Or you can purchase another product at a discount. Nightmare. Possibly the WORST experience I have ever had on line. Stay away!! Note my sister found both items on TEMU and SHEIN much cheaper.

I would actually give them a zero if possible. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The item didn’t look like what was advertised. On the website it appeared to be a 3D appliqué on the front of a waffle type fabric. What arrived was a very pixelated print-on version of what was depicted. And the fabric was a very thin and cheap material. I wanted to return it for a full refund, however, I was given such a runaround. They wanted to give me another item in exchange, then they offered me a small percentage back, then they upped the amount, all of which I turned down. They described a lengthy and cumbersome task to return the item internationally. Their website states a no-hassle refund, though, it’s anything but! I ended up disputing this with my credit card and got a full refund. I’m amazed they can get away with their unethical business practices.
