If I could I would leave zero stars. Ridiculous dress. Very poor quality. Doesn’t looks a thing like what the model is wearing. Three of me could have fit in the size medium I ordered. Terrible customer service. After a lot of back and forth they went from ten percent refund to thirty percent. I’m just tossing it in the trash and lesson learned.

The quality of the garments are poor with simplistic sewing techniques and low quality fabrics. The sizing is off.
Customer service requires return postage to Asia and for each item to be posted separately. Returns are not credited until received and processed. Do not order from this scam company.

This company advertises as if it is in Savanah GA. Wrong! this company is in China, and the order takes much longer than indicated when ordering. The products are cheap and poorly made. Sizing does not even approximate what is listed in the sizing chart. Tried to return items took me 4 back and forth communications to finally get a return address which of course is in China. The postage along with the notes $15. return fee for each item, would have only cost me more time and frustration. The company did offer a 20% refund which is just a drop in a bucket compared to what I spent. Avoid ordering from this deceiving company.

This company advertises as if they were a boutique in Savannah having a Moving Sale! THEY ARE NOT!! Products actually come from China.
I ordered two dresses, beautiful in the pictures, but not even close to the same upon arrival. Totally different style in similar fabric. They advertise "Easy returns or Exchange" in big print, but at the very bottom of the page the small print says "Return fee of $15/item and all shipping at the customer's expense."
We have exchanged multiple emails, and they finally offered a 30% refund without returning the dresses. THIS IS SUCH A FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have discovered there is a whole chain of them with slightly different front stories, but the same end result.

Items were not as represented. No guaranteed money back return. No name on clothing, just a made in China little tag. Biggest scam. Do not purchase from this fake business. I learned the hard way.

Ordered 2 dresses -1st time order. One was ok will need some tailoring. Second one - material was disgusting; waist line was a straight single seam. I asked to return for refund. They wanted me to send a picture of dress even though I gave them their own identification. Another hint I will give buyers…there are a couple of other companies on Facebook with similar two women name companies…notice they have same dresses. Also if you return items, you must return to Asia - not Savannah. If there are legit companies on Facebook, companies like this will hurt them! Thank you for the opportunity to provide my feedback! Lesson learned!

Except for the fabric, the dress I ordered from their website and the dress I received are two entirely different dresses. In my emails with them, their standard reply is, "We’re sorry to hear that the dress did not meet your expectations in terms of fit and appearance." The fit and appearance are NOT the issue. I did not receive the dress I ordered! And they expect me to pay for return shipping to China. Or accept a 30% refund and I can keep the dress I did not order. Stay away from them!

Poor quality merchandise and terrible return process. Do not purchase from them unless you know exactly what you are getting and definitely do not plan to return the item.

This group are crooks! Wish I had read reviews before a purchase which took weeks to arrive. Dress was not as pictured and is totally unwearable. It is a 59.95 rag. Do not buy from this vendor!

This site is definitely a scam. I ordered two dresses that took a few weeks to arrive. One fit but I wasn't happy with the quality. The other was way too big. I asked to return it and they offered 10% of the price. I'm still trying to get a full refund but I doubt I will get it. Total Chinese scam!!

I ordered 3 dresses from Sophie and Grace Savannah website. I got them a month later thinking I would get boutique quality well made dresses. They are cheap China made dresses with no label that don’t fit. I texted 7 times to begin a return and finally received an address in China. The website looked legit and the moving sale prices were great, but this is just another scam! So disgusted!

Portrayed as easy returns. $15 per item service fee and customer pays all shipping. In order to return, you are required to send an email requesting more information. There is no online process on the website.
I was taken in by their slick Facebook marketing. Not a company from Savannah - they are based in Asia!

Total Scam … and I thought I was smarter than that … same item available on TEMU… $40 less … piece of junk … pictures looked good … and then I saw exact same pics on “cheap fabrics are us”… I hate when that happens, I was a fool … and ya … money back … sure after you pay shipping a $15 return fee …

Ordered 2 dresses which are not of the quality advertised. When trying to return for a refund I was informed it would cost them too much in international shipping so they are refusing to refund me. Nor will they give me a return address. Their website shows a nice boutique supposedly in Savannah, but this stuff is from China and I could probably buy cheaper from Temu. Scam, scam, scam, so buyer beware. I wish I had done some research on this company before spending $100.00+

I placed a sizable order with this company. The items I received did not line up with the web site photos. Colors were not the same. The material is not of good quality. The fit was not as depicted in the picture with the tops very tight at the bottom. I tried to return the items. The return process is very cumbersome. They won’t send you a return label until you take a picture of each item which I did. Then they have you mail the items back to Asia and they charge you extra for the returns. You are on the hook for the Asia mailing fees. Finally they offer a 10% money back if you just keep the items. It order to get that deal you have to send them a screenshot of your original order including the items you are unhappy with. This was the WORST online ordering experience. Beware.

BEWARE This company is hell to deal with when it comes to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You will never get a 100% refund without paying for your item to be shipped back to China. The pictures of the outfits are misleading!!!! I ordered 3 outfits and only one of them resembled the picture and all of them were not made of the material that looked like the picture. There is no description of the material listed under the picture. I immediately reached out to return 2 outfits in my order and was informed that I would have to pay for them to be shipped back. I then put in a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment. It has been a month of back and forth without them not responding to my questions directly. Out of frustration I have finally agreed on a 20% refund of a $159.00 purchase of what can only be described as quick fashion not quality materials as shown in their pictures. Never again will I be duped by Facebook posts of any fashion houses. Facebook is duplicitous in this scam. Lesson learned. I am waiting to see how long it will take to receive my paltry refund. In the meantime my credit card dispute will remain effective for the next 2 months until it is received.

They also alluded that they were a brick and mortar retail place. When I started the return process they wanted pictures of the dress, so we sent them. They offered 10% (approximately $6) back. Saying that returning them internationally would be expensive. We did not know that they were an Asian company. Their website is false, their return policy is false, and this is a complete SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NOW FROM READING OTHER REVIEWS, MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM. THEY ARE DISSEPTIVE AND SNEAKY WITH THEIR WEBSITE. DON'T TRUST IT AT ALL. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. We are looking into disputing the charges on the credit card.

If I could give this website a negative star I would. The material is cheap, the dresses do not resemble the pictures and you CANNOT return for dissatisfaction. Their return policy is a lie and they are guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING!! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, as we all should. This is a scam, and they should be closed down by @betterbusinessbureau
