Niche Recruitment Anmeldelser

My recruiter, Tracey Wilkins, was excellent. Extremely good at keeping me up to date with any developments in the job application process as well as providing useful tips for the interview and encouragement.

After being made redundant on maternity leave, I was very nervous about finding a job and having that flexibility with having a young baby. I applied for a role which Niche was looking after and Michelle has supported me with applying and assessing me for that role. She has been an advocate for me and found me the perfect role to go back to after maternity leave. They have been so detailed and caring and has made finding a job a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend Niche. Tracey was an absolute angel all throughout the process! Thank you for all your help :)

Michelle at Niche Recruitment has been a star. Well 5 stars actually. Friendly, encouraging, professional, informative. She makes it very easy to say yes. I would highly recommend her and Niche both for whether you are a candidate looking for your next role, or if you are an organisation looking for a recruitment agency to find the right candidates, plus save time and effort.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Michelle at Niche Recruitment for getting in touch with me with a perfect job opportunity. Her friendly, professional manner made me feel at ease from the start. She was very encouraging and positive throughout the process which gave me the confidence to apply. I especially liked her suggestion to record a short interview to be presented with my CV to the employer, giving them a good idea of what type of candidate I was. I am very excited to start my new role next week. I would highly recommend Michelle and Niche recruitment to anyone looking for a new job.

Tracy at Niche has been an absolute star! From the first call on a Monday morning, till landing me a great job on Friday that same week, she has been on the ball and there was very active communication throughout the week. Tracy was very much involved and committed and with me every step of the process. Her enthusiasm and genuine interest were truly admirable. You cannot be in better hands for sure!

Tracy and all the others at Niche: Thanks again for getting me where I am and for the lovely present I received yesterday :-D

Such a wonderful company to deal with. From day one the communication seemed effortless and the turn around for follow ups were speedy. Interviews are done through video calls, so they make it really convenient to attend from the comfort of your home. Tracy Wilkins is such a great interviewer, she made me feel very comfortable at all times as well as prior to starting the interview, that it sailed smoothly without feeling interrogated. I enjoy dealing them, they really seem to go above and beyond for their recruits. I am grateful for her and Nick's input and effort, that has lead to me securing a role with their client. Nick discussed the interview process and gave me some great tips. His colleagues met with us candidates as a group and gave final tips and encouragement prior to the interview. Nick and the team are fantastic. Nick contacted me about a position after seeing my CV online, he has very informative and clear about the role, company and expectations. The whole process was a joy from start to finish and I am glad to still be working with Nick and the team hiring for staff in my new position. 100% Recommended!

Niche Recruitment are amazing! Nick was incredibly kind and provided a lot of really helpful advice while I went through the interview process for a role advertised through Niche. Thank you for being there for me every step of the way and for your coaching!

I had a fantastic experience with Niche Recruitment. From the get go they were very detailed and spent a lot of time getting to know me, my situation and my background which led to them finding a role that seemed like it was tailored made for me. Charli was extremely helpful with advice and kept in touch with me throughout the recruiting. They were always just a phone call or email away with any questions I had. I highly recommend the Niche team!

I can't recommend Niche Recruitment highly enough. Working with Nick on my latest job search was a pleasure. Nick took great care in understanding my skill set, where I want to go with my career, the type of organisation I wanted to work for and helped balance my criteria to fit in with my family life. Niche found the perfect match for me, both in terms of organisational fit and role. The recruitment process was like a quality boutique experience; it was personalised, I was listened to and treated like an individual. First in class! I'm so grateful that our paths crossed and that I am where I am. Thank you Niche!

Michelle from Niche Recruitment reached out to me about a role at a time when I had given up on recruiters contacting and ghosting me about opportunities. After her swift response we were on a call, discussing my experience, wants and needs and she was lining up interviews. Despite our difference in location Michelle went out of her way to find opportunities more local to me and has ended up securing me a fantastic role with a company I hadn’t seen were recruiting. She gave me confidence in my skill set niche and allowed me to ace my interviews and be offered the job, all within a week of my first interview with them. Without Michelle, I’d still be tirelessly searching. Niche really go the extra mile. A fantastic recruiter, excellent company and an absolute must use for anyone job hunting. Thank you!

Nick contacted me regarding a job opening and he was with me throughout the whole process, with both guidance and cheerful words! He was hands-on from the beginning, answering every email and call right away, the one time he wasn’t there someone else replayed just as fast and with just as much professionalism and enthusiasm! He was also discussing my concerns regarding moving and pay and benefits and gave great advice before making the final decision! I do not have a single bad thing to say about this company, and I will recommend them everyone I know.
