Niche Recruitment Anmeldelser

Michelle at Niche was incredible and helped me secure a fantastic new role. She was very supportive with great communication, I couldn't have asked for anything else!

Tracy at Niche understood the client requirements and contacted me from my details on LinkedIn. It was a brilliant match and I couldn't be happier in my new role.

My previous experience with recruitment agencies has been that they don't really care about me as an applicant, all they really want is the commission. Niche is different. Not only did Michelle support me every step of the way in the recruitment process, but she even made the effort to catch up with me after I had got the job, to find out how I was getting on. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent recruiters, clear and regular communication throughout. Nick offered coaching and tips during the recruitment, very professional team.

I feel so lucky to have had Niche as my recruiter. Both Nick and Michelle were so lovely, professionally but also personally. I gained a lot of confidence in myself and the job I was applying for thanks to their fantastic support. I really felt like they believed in me. I got the job and I will forever be grateful for Niche Recruitment. Needless to say, I would 110% recommend Niche Recruitment! Also. I just realised that Niche is Nick and Michelle combined. Teamwork makes the dreamwork! 🌟

A small organisation with bundles of sincerity, kindness and generosity. Working with Niche felt extremely personal, they cared about me and the organisation, were honest and open every step of the way and readily available to discuss progress, next steps and anything else I needed. A highly recommend team.

I had a really great service from Niche, really helpful and so friendly. Really worked on my behalf to get the best package for me and secured the job! Thank you so much!

Would absolutely recommend this recruitment agency for anyone looking for their next role!

Niche Recruitment made looking for my dream job very easy for me! Michelle is an amazing recruiter, she has great communication skills making challenging conversations easy. Shes very easy going and responsive at any time of the day. She also has in depth industry expertise within the sector she recruits for which helped me massively in preparation for my interview.

Thanks for all the help Niche Recruitment!

I enjoyed working with Michelle at Niche recruitment last year when she successfully placed me in a digital role at Whittard of Chelsea. She quickly understood my skill set and introduced me to a wonderful team. Michelle regularly checked in with me during the job to make sure I was happy, which which was considerate. Thank you team Niche.

Super company. They helped me find a position within one week and I was with that company for two years. Thanks!

I must say this is an excellent agency. Nick personally met up and prepared me for the interview at BCS which was a success and I enjoyed my 6 months fixed term contract via this agency.
God Bless all of you that help people and support them to find jobs of their liking. May your agency thrive.
Congratulations to all.

Great experience. Very happy in my new job. Thank you

Very communicative throughout my whole period working with them so far. Had me well prepared for the interview when originally going for the job and all in all the most pleasant and easy to work with agency I've ever used.

Top Notch! A brilliant recruitment agency who will support you and keep you informed throughout the whole process.

I worked with Nick and initially recorded a video introduction into what I was looking for and my previous experience which initially I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about but Nick is the consummate professional and very soon my nerves dissolved. A brilliant team who obviously care about their clients and also the candidates I would not hesitate in recommending Niche to anyone looking for staff or looking for the next role.

Thanks to Niche Recruitment I got a nice job. They were attentive during the process. For me, it’s the best recruitment company I have been in touch.

Comprehensive support and guidance on the application process. Good level of clarity regarding the opportunity and details of the contract.

Very smooth and pleasant recruitment process with Michelle and the team!

It was very professionally handled form the initial contact to the final contract. Michelle prepared me well for the interviews and was able to answer all questions and doubts.

Today 1,5 years after I am still happy in the role Michelle helped me get.

I used Niche Recruitment a good while ago now. I met up with Michelle in person for a coffee and she helped me through the application process and when I went for a job she put forward, she helped me with that too. I got that first job and she was in contact with me for weeks after making sure everything was ok. I would definitely use NR again should I be looking for another job. You felt like you mattered and that’s important.

My recruiter is Tracy Willkins an amazing women.

She is a very professional and kind person as well.

She helped me and accompanied me in all my recruitment preoccsus. She was always there to reassure me and answer all my questions.

I am sincerely grateful to her because thanks to her I can achieve my professional goal and that would not had been possible without her help.

Thank you once again Tracy.
