I can only echo the other 5 star reviews posted here. Nick supported me through the recruitment process and boosted my confidence when I was unsure of my abilities. I would not have succeed if it wasn't for his valuable advice. As someone who has worked in the recruitment industry previously, it was very refreshing to come across a recruiter who genuinely cared about their candidate and that went the extra mile to ensure they were supported throughout the entire process. I can not recommend Nick and Niche recruitment strongly enough.

I was fortunate enough to have Niche recruitment support me during my job search - the team is hands down one of the most genuinely caring, professional and organised recruiters I have had the privilege to go through.
Nick was my point of contact at Niche and the whole process not only helped me gain experience and confidence with interviewing, but through the consistent feedback I received I was able to develop this skill-set throughout my job search process. I have now landed my dream job, after moving to England during the height of COVID-19. I was kept informed throughout the interview process and I never felt like just another candidate to them.
If you’re looking for a position I would highly recommend Niche Recruitment just because they truly do go above and beyond. Their process also entails a unique interview at the start, which allows you to get familiar with the interviewing process (questions are provided ahead of time to allow you to prepare which was useful for me as I was extremely intimidated by the whole interviewing process).
If you’re a company looking to hire I would recommend niche as they screen candidates ahead of time and are able to fit us into jobs they know we’ll succeed in based on our knowledge and organisational cultural fit. A big thank you to Nick and his team!

Niche Recruitment are a professional, knowledgeable and friendly agency.

Nick supported me in securing a fantastic HR Business Partner role during difficult times due to covid-19 restrictions. As part of the process, Nick interviewed me by video which was recorded and provided to the Hiring Manager to accompany my CV.

Throughout the process, I have been kept upto date and provided useful feedback.

I would highly recommend Niche Recruitment to those looking for a new role or to organisations who require candidate screening support.

My experience with Niche Recruitment was excellent, Nick was a real help throughout the whole process. He's extremely knowledgeable, supportive and realistic and goes above and beyond. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, Niche have adapted and have great processes in place to give candidates the best opportunities possible. Thanks for all the help Nick!

Highly recommend Niche Recruitment. Fantastic support and guidance with a real personal touch. The initial video meeting means relationships can be built quickly and no time is wasted in understanding the specifications of a role and candidate’s suitability for it. Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Niche to anyone looking to recruit, or be recruited.

Beyond grateful for all of the support Nick & Niche Recruitment have provided, and if you're looking for your next role, I'd definitely point you in their direction! They take the time to understand you, your skills and what your looking for in your career, to ensure you find the perfect role that suits you. Such a friendly team, keeping you updated throughout the interview process. Thank you for everything!

Michelle has been an amazing recruiter to work with from start to finish - she put me forward for a role which was a great fit and gave me confidence all along the way, checking in regularly and offering support. Really went above and beyond.
Had a wonderful experience, would highly recommend!

Excellent Service!

I have dealt with Charli from Niche since October when she approached me for a temporary role. Throughout this role she has been very supportive and helpful in looking for a permanent role for me, which she found and I have just successfully interviewed for. Charli has always regularly communicated with me and has always been so helpful, friendly and approachable - just what you need when you are feeling nervous about interviewing for new roles! Nick and Joanne have also been very helpful and personable when I have spoken to them. If you are looking for help in finding work I would definitely recommend Niche - it has been a pleasure working with them!

Michelle has been an absolute star throughout the process. From the very beginning giving me a really good background on the company and the team, and what they were looking for in the right candidate. She was available to chat to early mornings and evenings, whenever I had a question and has been very helpful, friendly and encouraging. Part of the process involved doing a video interview and she coached me through this, it was a bit nerve-racking at first but I really think it helped my application. I would thoroughly recommend Michelle and Niche to anyone looking for a marketing role.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Niche recruitment and have done recently. Nick is extremely professional and follows up on queries promptly. I am thoroughly enjoying my new role and am so pleased, thanks to Niche.

5 star service from Nick and Team. Nick was a pleasure to work with. He really understood what I was looking for in my next career move but was also very clear on the requirements of the company he was representing. The use of video interview technology meant the process was painless for me and helped me bring life to the application process. I've recommended Niche to colleagues and friends for both individual job searches and hiring initiatives.

Nick at Niche recruitment was brilliant in helping me get a great new job. I hope I won't need their services again but if I did, they would be my first port of call and I will have no hesitation recommending them to friends.

I would not hesitate to recommend Niche Recruitment. I was lucky to have Charli representing me and she is so friendly, helpful and proactive.
