Beaucoup d’attente inutile…
De l’attente beaucoup d’attente tout au long du circuit du départ de l’hôtel avec 30 de retard de notre transport à la dernière activité du centre ville qui a été complexe au niveau du temps libre. Mais quand même une belle activité par temps nuageux.

Definitely worth it
The staff were fun and very attentive. I felt safe and well informed on what to expect throughout the day. Drinks were always available and the sandwiches provided were decent.

Land’s End Excursion booking from Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas
Booking the Land’s End Excursion at the Riu Palace with your rep Yair was easy. He was polite and informative. Pickup and transport for the 10:00 excursion to the Marina was good. We enjoyed the excursion in the glass boat and our guide was good. We felt the pickup time of 1:40 could have been sooner. We would have liked an earlier return. As it happened, the pickup van was late not arriving until 2:30. Then, not all of the group that had come out with us could be accommodated as another group whose pickup had been delayed boarded first. My husband and I were able to get on but there was not enough room for a family of four with two young children who were told to wait another 40 minutes for another van. We suggested the company send them back in a taxi but the driver either didn’t understand or ignored that suggestion. Needless to say, the transportation was poorly organized and should be improved.

With the exception of our arrival the service was fine.Pn arrival the agent at the desk in the airport directed to stall 5.After waiting about 10 minutes not seeing a representative from Nexus we ask one of the other agents where your group was,we were then directed further down the pick up parking area. After finding the agent we waited in the hot sun for approximately 40 minutes until the driver finally showed up.

Jammed 16 people in a van with barely…
Jammed 16 people in a van with barely enough room for luggage after they made us sit in the sun for 15 minutes promising us our ride was ready. So overloaded the van bottomed out hitting bumps.

It was an amazing tour! I only gave it a 4 star because there is rough terrain and stairs that might not be the best for those with mobility issues. It was beautiful though. Like out of a movie! The show was fantastic! Bring a fan. It was very humid

Nexus employees are always fantastic!
Nexus employees are always knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic. We have done multiply transfers with nexus and we have never had an issue. However, the 4 stars is because this last time went to Mazatlán, Mexico, our pickup time was 30 min late from and to the airport. This was the first time
So many people were at the same resort as us and needing the same transfer time; therefore, Nexus needed multiple shuttles or large buses, and even knowing how many people they needed to transfer, we still had to wait for the buses and shuttles to cycle through. I did think in the end it might’ve been better because we would’ve all just been really backed up at the airport but when you’re standing in the heat or with all your luggage and have kids, 30 minutes can feel like a long wait. This is the first time that has happened though, otherwise Nexus is always been great. We’ve never had an issue with them and booking excursions and transfers is very easy.
