Sold as a snorkeling trip... received a 4+ hour catamaran ride with 11 minutes of snorkeling on rough seas. There are more fish on the resort at the beach.

Injured on Zipline at Diamante Park
I booked a zip line tour thru Nexustours and was injured on the zip line. I reported this while at the resort but haven’t heard from anyone. It’s very concerning that no one seems to care when their customers are injured during the tours they represent.

I did not know what Nexus was
I did not like that I didn't know where to connect with the drivers and I did not like that transportation was not flexible and could result in long airport waits. We were at the airport for almost 5 hours.
