Everything was wonderful on time good service

Picked up at airport and delivered back to airport on time

Was well look after. Very informative and hospitable.

Everything went wrong out my $$. No one has resolved issue. No show for tiki catamaran Negril Jamaica. 1 1/2 hours late for pick up for Atv and we cancelled night soiree as we had already wasted four hours. Rep came and still no call back and no $$ returned. Have spent hours complaining still no one contacting me.

Mal organisé pas assez de temps pour savourer le repas compris dans le billet ,nourriture pas mangeable et inadéquate pour les allergies même avec un bracelet vert et le vin à volonté c’est zéro. Très désappointé ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé.

The drivers were very pleasant. They were puntual.

Great staff, easy to find at airport. Timely pickup and drop off, felt safe with driver, great to talk too.

The Nexus reps at airport to take us to hotel were very efficient. Much better experience than in Cancun. David was very helpful and loved his humor. Our transfer bus back to the airport was early and Nexus rep very informative and friendly.

We were picked up on time at the airport and delivered to the resort without issues. Our return trip was just as efficient, we were picked up on time and taken directly to the airport. Vehicles were clean and well maintained!

Ease of everything

We frequently travel with Nexus. We know exactly what to do when we get to the airport and we have everything ready. When we arrived at the airport in Costa Rica, one of the people told us that we were required to download the Nexus app in order to get a ride. I did not need to download an app, I already had printed the vouchers that you sent. She refused to give us a ride until my husband downloaded the app. Fast forward to the last day of our trip and we want to adjust our time, he goes into the app and that’s not even a possibility. The app was useless to us the entire time that we were there. So he had to get on wireless and download a useless app just for the person to assign our driver. When I told her that we knew that we did not have to download the app and this was not the policy. She belittled me and then called me, “sweetie”.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of two is because both of the rides, the ride from the airport to the resort, and a ride from the resort to the airport were wonderful. I did not want to have anyone think that the drivers were the problem. The female to check us in at the airport was completely a problem and it wasted a lot of time downloading a really slow app for no reason. We think that there was probably some promotion for them to see how many people they could get to download the app in a day or something, because that app is not needed.

Unfortunately, by the time we arrived in Cancun, it took us almost an hour.. I had two toddlers a 75-year-old mother and it was drenching hot after flying internationally. You do not want to be picked up this late. It was miserable and I had purchased a two hotel rooms at the Royalton splash diamond upgraded, and this is a type of service we got. Although one of the room booking was delayed that could’ve caused somewhat of a inconvenience. They had our list of names all confirmed. Therefore, the driver should’ve been there at least 10 to 20 minutes with our arrival time which was provided. Unacceptable.

Shuttle driver was right on time at the airport and hotel to return!
Representative was very helpful at the hotel when we had questions as well!
Booking process was quick and easy.

Traveled as a group. Got to the destination and I checked in, 11 names with the total of 19 people.
We were accommodated, but i did notice the guy that received us did not check in every person or name. He just took my word for it.
We all got in 1 bus with our luggages.
Welcomed and dropped off.
By the time we need the pick up services from our resort that was when i realized there was a problem.
Due to the fact that every single person or the booking name its under wasn't checked in. I wasnt getting the voucher details for all of us in that group.
Getting a hold of nexus tours through a phone call was hard.
In the end after numerous tries i was able to get a hold of someone and confirmed that there will be a bus picking us up.
Maybe next time lets all do our do diligence? Communicate that check in is a must as soon as we get to the destination.
