Too expensive and not worth it. Activities that were suppose to be part of the deal were not included. Very disappointing for the cost

Our Boat Tour was amazing !!
Our Boat Tour was amazing !!! The Staff were very Hospitable and Accommodating. The amazing Sunset, the Arch, etc., we got to see was breathtaking and unforgettable!! NexusTours arranged everything for us and it was stress free. Just had to show up!!!

Our first driver was so polite and helpful. The other driver was ok, he just didn't speak English so it was hard to ask questions.

Our trip from airport to hotel wasn't good
Our trip from airport to hotel wasn't comfortable. They've put us in a big van that's mostly used here in North America for moving stuff or used as delivery vehicle. The van was seemed retrofitted with seats. Seats were not comfortable and AC wasn't working and there were some engine smell. It was a very old vehicle. The signs outside didn't say nexus tours. We saw a bunch of orange color nexustours vans at the airport. We asked before getting on the van that it doesn't say nexus on it but the agents insists that this was our vehicle. Return trip from hotel was very good though that's why the 3 stars.

Tout d'abord, les informations concernant l'hôtel et la plage sont insuffisantes. De plus, les informations destinées aux personnes à mobilité réduite sont lacunaires. Les chambres sont humides et une odeur persistante imprègne encore les vêtements. Il n'y a pas de véritable plage. L'accès à la mer est rocailleux dans les trois hôtels, ce qui peut entraîner des blessures. Aucune information à ce sujet n'est disponible ni auprès de l'agence de voyages ni sur TripAdvisor. Enfin, aucun accès adapté aux personnes handicapées n'est prévu sur la plage.

Sold as a snorkeling trip... received a 4+ hour catamaran ride with 11 minutes of snorkeling on rough seas. There are more fish on the resort at the beach.
240USD, gave her 250, no change for me, I did not say keep the change
This was just a money grab.
