Unorganized
I was told to meet transportation back to the hotel after the event. I checked in with them. They advised 10 mins. They escorted other people up the street and never came back so I had to pay 500 pesos to get back to my hotel at 3am.

Lost one star due to mixup at arrival…
Lost one star due to mixup at arrival when we were directed to a shuttle not the bus which then had a 55 usd charge upon arriving at hotel which obviously was not expected.
