Not just Terrible, it should have been criminal. We booked a horseback riding tour on the beach on St. Lucia. The transfer picked us up from our hotel and brought us to a ramshackle farm. Most, if not all, of the horses there were emaciated and in very poor shape. The handlers literally had to drag them over to the group, the horses clearly didn’t want to go. Not knowing what to do, we reluctantly got on these horses (wish we didn’t). They walked us 20 mins through back roads to a small, absolutely filthy beach. The entire beach was littered with trash, shoes, bottles, and seaweed. We got off the horses here and waited for those that wanted to ride in the water. Most chose not to since the beach was so filthy. The horses roamed searching for any speck of food, while others were tightly tied to poles or trees. We then walked back to the disgusting “farm”. The whole experience was sad. When we got back to the hotel I reported this to the nexus representative. I showed pictures of the starving horses and disgusting beach. I was told that they would no longer use this farm and that I would be refunded for a portion of the excursion. I was never refunded. I called twice since then and it went right to voicemail. I’ve yet to get a call back.

Had to wait for an hour, then they put us in a contract vehicle, they were extremely rude when we told them that we needed to confirm who we were going with. We were told to get in or leave that we were holding them up. It was an awful experience. Booking process and chat were good to deal with but the staff at the airport were terrible.

I was extremely disappointed that when my flight was delayed by nearly three hours, despite calling multiple times as soon as I was notified, no accommodation could be made for my updated pick up time. I don’t understand how it would be considered reasonable for me to arrive at the airport six hours before my flight, especially after paying for this service.
As a result, I had to arrange and pay for a new transfer, which was both frustrating and unexpected.
As a travel agent who chose to use your service, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. This experience has unfortunately made me reconsider recommending your company to my future clients.

We booked private transfers both ways, upon arriving at the airport we come to find out the private transfer is just a taxi. When leaving the hotel we received a confirmation saying or private transfer would pick us up at the hotel at 8:20AM. No one arrived; at 9:00AM we finally booked our own taxi. When paying $120 per person you would expect to have better transportation and transportation that at lease showed up. Very disappointed and would like to be refunded for the cost. Not only that WestJet changed the type of plane we were supposed to be on.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was great, it went smoothly. The return to the airport 14 days later was not so great, the bus was too small for everybody and it cause confusion because luggage were loaded for people that could not get on the bus, and vice versa, thus slowing the departure.
Also at the hotel the Nexus representative operating the aquatic gear rental was asleep when we got to his booth the day we decided to use the kayaks and he was barely attentive to us once awake and did not help us to "gear-up" or put the kayak afloat and to return it. It almost looked like we were troubling him. But other from that, the services of the Nexus representative at the hotel lobby was good, he was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

We booked an excursion for Wednesday, April 15th for 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) - Confirmation # BTKVVX through the Nexus/Sunwing Rep (Santin Balfred) at our Resort - Dreams Puerto Morelo's. The driver was a no show on the Wednesday. After calling/talking to the Nexus rep, it turns out the driver went to a different Hyatt hotel which apparently happens regularly with this resort and the name change that has not occurred on their booking system. The reservation (see attached) had the hotel marked as "Noy Usehyatt Ziva Riveria Cancun" and not Dreams Puerto Morelo's resort. The concierge at the hotel confirmed that no vehicle from Rio Secreto or Nexus had arrived that morning. Our on-site Rep was not at the resort on Wednesday to help us resolve. We tried to rebook for Friday, April 17th but the Nexus rep on the phone said they were not sure they could do it and would call back. They did not. We called the Nexus # again and spoke with a David Lopez. He said he would rebook and call us back as well as send a booking confirmation. We did not hear from him or see a rebooking either. We tried the various SunWing "Customer Service" number and app and were unable to connect. I chatted with the Nexus rep, Santin when he was back at the resort on Friday. He confirmed we are due a full refund. As of today the refund still has not been provided....
