Fabulous, courteous and reliable service.
I would absolutely recommend Nexus Tours for anyone traveling to Cancun and who needs prompt, friendly and reliable travel from the airport to your resort. My family of 10 travelers had the pleasure of being picked up at the exact time booked at our resort for travel back to Cancun Airport on April 19th. The driver greeted us with a warm welcome and immediately loaded our luggage and helped our family of 7 adults and 3 children into the van. The service was fantastic as was the drive to the airport.
Our driver, Alejandro Gonzalez, certainly made us feel like valued customers and should be commended for providing such a positive experience. His van was spotless and had more than ample room for our party of 10. Thank you to Alejandro and to support staff at Nexus for our private return trip to Planet Hollywood. I would definitely recommend them for your next trip.

Great experience
The drivers were on time. They even made accommodations for someone that didn't have reservations to be serviced. I would recommend this company and used them again.

Martin was an excellent tour guide

Crooked business
Crooked business. Offered a 24hr cancellation then didn’t honor it. Told us we had to adjust our time then had hidden charges for that. Would never ever recommend this company. Scam artists in polo shirts.

To and from the airport.
Getting out of the the cancun airport took a bit and it took a bit to get nexus transportation all figured out and organized as to which bus would be taking us to our resort but the transfer to the resort was fast and the driver was great. On our way back to the airport a smaller bus picked us up as well as 3 other guests from different resorts and dropped us off. Transportation was good.

Very Helpful Staff
Didn't book any tours but the Nexus Tours staff on-site at Royalton CHIC Antigua patiently helped me get refunds for items I'd booked before our flight got cancelled and rebooked 3 days later.

Enjoyed this trip but my concern was…see above
Enjoyed this trip but my concern was that there was many hours waiting. The waiver and orders for food should be in an extra document/waver when buying the excursion. This would save time. Waiting on the catamaran for 2 hours for people to board after the falls was long. Set times for people to return would have made this tour and day go much more smoothly. Same as the end of day shopping was only 10 minutes because so much time was wasted waiting to go to each activity. I have taken many excursions and all have been well worth it. This one I was extremely disappointed with the lack of organization.
