I had work carried out under a local grant, from getting my survey to all the works being completed it was a great experience.

everyone who visited my property treated it with respect, was polite and professional.

Quick and tidy. No mess left and the lads who installed the boiler were friendly and professional.

They’re trying to bill us for a period of time where we weren’t in the property. This is ridiculous

Next Energy flooded my Grandparents living room. Blocked their window. Added triphazards to their garden.

Next Energy, from Director Level, to grunt level in customer service are an absolutely as incompetent, negligent, uncaring company.

They have called five (and counting) serious safety hazards in my vulnerable grandparents house, which, they're completely ignoring now.

Their complaints policy refer to the wrong ombudsman, and, their customer support just make up whatever they want with AI Tools - I assume they've had AI tools make up their complaints policies and escalation routes too.

We're being left with no way to escalate this above Next Energy, and, their incompetent, reckless Head of Warm Homes Delivery has been aware of the latest safety hazard for weeks at this stage, and, they're just sweeping it under the rug.

Every single person I have had the displeasure of dealing with Next Energy has been morally bankrupt and devoid of care and morals.

The guy who came out to survey was great made me feel at ease - I was really worried about the whole process but once he came he really made me feel better.
Following my retrofit I had an asbestos server done at my property and the guy who came was also amazing, really polite and approachable nothing was too much trouble and didn’t mind answering my questions.
So far my experience with next energy has been great 👍

Awful company,no interest in resolving problems of their own making,tried to fob us off on numerous occasions, promise to call you back and don't, inept and rude.

Nice lads but I did get damage to property, cracked ceiling in bedroom while they were in loft , ceiling was bowing, they did send someone to sort it

I dont think this company could manage to light a camp fire let alone be the future of energy they start a job putting up solar on the front of the property and not connecting them in hope they could perform a impossible task of installing them on the back with no access what so ever and since we was told they needed to put scaffold on front again to put on nets this is after it was up for five months they never turn up when they make the appointments and just turn up when they've not the scouse call handler has no clue and makes claims like theres access to the rear of property from a completely different street miles away not even connected it goes on and on, so now they have left three solar panels on the roof connected to nothing, terrible company over half the reviews bad the management needs sacking for starters.

Communication was great, before the work done in my property and during, until the end. Excellent workmen I went on holiday for 2 weeks during the work and I felt safe and comfortable leaving the workmen(strangers) in my home. Sandra & Steph checked in on my property while I was away. I am very happy overall with the damp course & internal cavity insulation. Ben from BD Insulations went above & beyond & I’m very grateful Thank you.

Great experience dealing with the staff at Next Energy really pleased with the work I have had done in our home would highly recommend.

Initial contact to arrange works went smoothly and staff kept me in loop throughout.
Guys who came in to do the works were great. Minimal preparation required from me, they moved furniture, used plenty of dust sheets and did a first class job in minimal time.

I was a bit fearful of getting all this work done, but realised very early on that everything and everyone workers, bosses and all others involved doing all this work showed me that this was going to be a great project for my home, workers showed up on time , respected me and my property, pleasant and courteous, the very few complaints I had were sorted very quickly, I would like to say about 5% of the work needed more attention, and the ladies in charge always checked on me to make sure I was happy with work, I would recommend anyone who is worried about getting the home done stop and think of your home being turned into a show home for you to be proud of, hats off to next energy and thank you

I suffer with mental health and struggle with meeting and dealing with new people but when I spoke James in the office he put me in touch with the customer liaison officers Ann and Steph. They were so lovely that I felt really comfortable and at ease in my own home as I never normally allow strangers in.
The contractor who done my solar install was not very good at tellimg me what to do when they had finished but when they ladies came they explained everyting and helped me register my panels so I could eventually get some money back from British Gas. I would recommend these ladies to anyone who is thinking of getting sollar panels or even anything else in their home. I would like to thank James for all of his consistent help keeping me updated and in the loop of appointments.

I had internal wall insulation and mechanical vent upgrade, everything was great, furniture covered over, lads were great, attended on time, punctual and efficient throughout.
Happy with over all finish. Everything was explained to me before the work started by the customer liaison officer steph.
Lads were trustworthy, I felt secure to leave them in my property whilst I popped out. Would recommend next energy.

Due to my wife's illness we were told we would get outside wall insulation, solar panels and a heat pump.
After numerous surveys ( some didn't even know how to measure and messed up
I had to do it again and give them measurements over the phone 🤡)
Months later was told we couldn't have the outside insulation as there wasn't enough money ,yet willing to rip out my new kitchen and bathroom to do internal insulation. Surely cost more !
Oh and on numerous occasions said we had the funding !
