All staff were excellent
All staff were excellent, the loft guys were really helpful and had a great sense of humour. I was amazed how quickly the scaffold was taken down once solar works were complete. The works were all completed so quickly from start to finish, I was amazed. You have a brilliant team!

Including the clean up afterwards! Colin the liaison guy was always on hand to assist with anything we needed! So pleased with every job they have completed!

Turning up at my property unannounced multiple times to the point I really thought that they were trying to wind me up especially as i made clear that nobody should be turning up at my property without a prior appointment, i would often given the excuse that " they were in the area" hence why they attended unannounced which infuriated me. Taking photograph of one of my rooms inside my house after I had already forbidden them from doing so. Not installing equipment as on the plan resulting in them having to come out again to reinstall it. Not showing up for the main installation appointment on the day they had arranged and when I contacted them they alluded to the fact that the appointment was the following day ( though it wasn't) but stated that they couldn't honour any appointment as the weather was far too hot for anyone to work on the roof which I understood but it did not answer the question of the appointment date being inaccurate. I was not given any manual or the information for the APP to use the equipment installed although when the council and a next energy representative visted my property ( via a prearranged appointment) to sign off the installation the council huy stated that I should have been given the APP. To this day I am still without a manual or an APP though the sign off took place over a month ago. On a positive although all staff were courteous one member of staff that stood out was Steve Hatherley the customer Liaison Lead as he was very good at communicating with me and was very prompt in answering any questions I had and was very understanding. Thanks Steve you made the whole experience just about bearable.

I honestly can't thank Next Energy enough
I honestly can't thank Next Energy enough for everything they've done for me.
From the very beginning, nothing was ever too much trouble. I had to change the installation dates several times because I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, but they were so understanding and accommodating. They made what could have been a very stressful experience completely worry free.
The whole team went above and beyond. They even helped me pack up my house before the work started, and the workmen were absolutely lovely, always checking I was okay and even making me cups of tea every day. A special thank you to Nikki, the Assistant Site Manager, who was incredible throughout the whole process. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, kept me updated every step of the way, and made me feel completely supported.
The home improvements themselves are amazing. They've redecorated throughout my home, and the difference is incredible. My house already feels so much warmer, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Thank you to Nikki and the whole team for your kindness, professionalism and outstanding support. I truly appreciate everything you've done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Next Energy to anyone.

Excellent solar panel installation from start to finish.
The whole process was handled professionally, and being able to speak to named people for the survey, support, admin, and ongoing communication made a significant difference. It really helped everything run smoothly and gave me confidence throughout.
The panels, inverter, battery, and app all appear to be top quality, and the installation itself was completed to a high standard.
I can highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels.

Well, what a complete waste of time, just like so many others in this field, it seems to me that if they can't make enough money out of a project, they don't turn up. I was contacted by Gavin, he said all the right things, all the funding is there etc.
The firm that contacted me is called GT Energy Solutions NOT Next Energy UK as stated in their text, it would seem they are using the firms name because they do good work so, if you get a text contact from Next Energy UK, make sure it is them and not this other firm.

The work has already made a difference to my bills.Mark and Dave really knew their job and you can tell tell they really enjoy what they do. It's lovely and warm in here now,the fans are working great. Are far as I am concerned Nicola and Georgia have supported me 120 per cent ,the best support I have received in a long time during works ,they can out as soon as I called them and even help me clean up some dust

Tesla Powerwall 3, battery and panels installation
From start to finish the team were competent and professional. They explained which system was best suited to my home and my energy usage and suggested three different systems based on price, quality and efficiency. Installation was seamless and if you work from home in private there is no disturbance. Highly recommended company and system - Tesla Powerwall 3.

Great New Boiler!
Our new boiler has made such a different to the health of our youngest son, who suffers from respiratory distress quite regularly. The contractors were professional and courteous. Could not recommend highly enough!

Electrician was really good
Electrician was really good, everything was wxplained fully to me operatives where all polite and friendly. Jordan the surveyor was brilliant and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Georgia and Nicola explained the works and where easily contacted throughout the duration of the works.
