The team that dealt with my purchase were rather brilliant.
We hit a few snags on the way but they pulled out all the stops to ensure the deal went through to completion. Well done to all involved.

My partner and I would like to thank the team at New Home Solutions for providing an amazing and, most importantly, stress-free service.
The communication was excellent—we were kept informed throughout the process and at every step of the way. A huge thanks!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM!!

I had an appointment booked to view the property on Thursday morning at 10:00am which was literally 80 miles from my place.

So like I always do I view the property on the agent’s website to make sure what I am expecting when I arrive at the property. So this particular property I had an appointment to view was NOT on their website anymore? So I looked on Zoopla and Rightmove .. and on Zoopla it said the property was off market!!

So they booked me that appointment on Tuesday for the Thursday morning ..

So I rang the office at 8:00am so I could speak to someone if the property was still available and my appointment was still on their diary because driving all the way 80miles and that property is off market it will be an absolute waste of my time! And IF THE OFFER HAS ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED ON THIS PROPERTY WHY NO ONE CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND LET ME KNOW LIKE THE ESTATE AGENTS ALWAYS DO!!!!

So after speaking to me he of the guys on their “reception” he said he had no clue about the property and staff was “busy” so they couldn’t speak to me and they will have to call me back.

Like seriously ??? It was 08:15 when I was on the phone and the appointment like I mentioned was scheduled for 10am !!

This is an absolute DISGRACE of a management and an estate agent!!

WHY PROPERTY SHOWS “OFF-MARKET” ON ZOOPLA AND NOT ON AGENT’s WEBSITE ANYMORE? AND IF THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN SSTC WHY THEY DIDNT SEND ME THE EMAIL / TEXT MESSAGE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT??

THIS IS AM ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT TO THE FIRM AND THEIR MANAGEMENT!!

I AM SO GLAD I CHECKED THE PROPERTY BEFORE I LEFT TO VIEW IT OR I WOULDNT EVER KNOW THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED !!!!

At 08:30 I received the text from “VICKI RYLATT” that the appoint is as planned and scheduled! So I rang back again to CONFIRM as it all looks so shady and weird .. so the person who answered my phone wasn’t sure AGAIN so asked me to wait until she confirm and get back to me and by that time after the text I was ready to set off but STILL wasn’t sure with this agency (AFTER READING THE REVIEWS)…

So at 09:05 I received the call from the office CONFIRMING THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD AND VIEWING HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! SERIOUSLY?? AND YOU ARE TELLING ME NOW? IF I DIDNT CONTACT YOU GUYS THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!! AND IT WAS 80 MILES FROM MY PLACE!!!! AND THEN A LITTLE SORRY??

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENCY GUYS THEY ARE ALL “LEARNERS” AND “UNPROFESSIONALS!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL FIRM!!!!

I had a really good experience with New Home Solutions. Helen Dyson was my main contact and she was helpful and approachable at every stage. She called with weekly updates on the purchase of our home. She was happy to answer any questions and was very fast to respond to any emails or phone calls. She definitely made a stressful experience much smoother.

Really efficient service received from Tina and the team. Good communication and kept me updated along the way

What a great experience I had with New Home Solutions. I was kept in the loop proactively and they often called to give me progress updates and made sure I was aware of the stages. They worked quickly and efficiently with my solicitors. I strongly recommend using their services. I do want to also give a shout out to my sales progressor Sam Smith, she was fantastic throughout the process. Sam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Thank you New Home team and thank you Samantha!

I have dealt with Helen Dyson throughout my purchase of a property and she as been fantastic. She has helped me to find documents that my solicitors were struggling find and has gone over and above in providing a fantastic service to me. She has checked in regularly to update me on the progress of the sale.

Patience, determination and resourcefulness were needed in large quantities to finally sell our property and thankfully Gina had all of that. She showed great tenacity to work through a very technically complex sale but never let-up until she got it over the line.

I would not hesitate to recommend New Home Solutions - and Gina, of course - to anyone selling their property.

I don't understand how Helen Dyson managed to keep it all together during what was quite a stressful and confusing move. She did an excellent job and I genuinely felt like she knew what was going on and was driving everything forward. Not sure the same can be said for our's or the seller's solicitors...

Absolutely amazing experience I delt with Chantelle, Sarah and Samantha and I couldn't ask for a better team they made my whole experience so easy and smooth compared to other companies I've used

I've had some terrible buying/selling experiences in my life, but this was not one of them! New Home Solutions made the whole process easy & were always efficient and timely whilst maintaining the personal and supportive element. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using New Homes Solutions. Communication has been excellent, especially dealing with Helen Dyson - she is an asset to the company. When things were getting a bit stressful she was always very calming, reassuring and positive.

Very professional service. Our house was marketed and sold very quickly. Natasha and Sarah are lovely people who do their very best for the customer.

We have so far had a great experience with New Home Solutions. We are buying a new property and our builder appointed New Home Solutions to market our home. Within hours of our house going on to the market we had viewers and by the weekend we had over 18 viewers and received 10 offers. Our house sale has now begun progressing. The team at New homes have all been very helpful and have delivered excellent service.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! We were in the middle of a chain and Vicky from hew homes Soloutions was our vendors estate agent. Vicky was exceptionally amazing!! She was there to give us reassurance and advice when we were struggling with our estate agents. I don’t think we would have got through the process without Vicky! If we were to ever move again, I would be seeking out Vicky to sell for us! 😄

Purchased a new property through this company and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Helen was absolutely fantastic to work with! Vicky at this company is very rude had a property offer accepted. The property was not going to be ready till end of the year. I waited for a few weeks before instructed a solicitor due to how much time i had. All of sudden vicky rings me if your mortgage application is not sorted in 24 hours your property is on going back on the market. I was like no warning at all. She was very rude the way she come across. After that i mangaed to get the broker to sort it out. Then after the property was completed she told me someone will be there to give you the keys at half 1 i went there only to ring me to tell my the keys are not here yet and and i am wating outside in the cold.
Vicky deserves the sack the way she treated me.

Myself & my partner are first time buyers with no experience of the housing market. Helen from NHS made the whole experience easy for us, explaining everything in detail, keeping us updated & sorting things out for us in a matter of weeks. We have had the most stress free experience whilst purchasing our first home! Honestly, had a great experience with New Home Solutions during my house sale and new build purchase that I had to share. They were spot-on with their market knowledge and gave me a totally fair valuation of my property - none of that lowballing nonsense that I kind of expected from the builder.

New homes communication was brilliant though. They always kept in the loop with calls, texts, and emails. Never had to chase them once. Quite the other way round, lol.

They were basically the muscle of my home move, dealing with all the different parties (builders, solicitors, other agents where my house was listed) and actually getting things done.

What really blew me away was how they went the extra mile. When things got weird, they jumped right in to sort it out, even when it wasn't technically their job. They didn't just do their bit and disappear - they made sure the whole process kept moving.
If you're moving house, especially to a new build, these guys are absolute gems. They make what could be a proper headache into something totally manageable. Perfect service for a house move part exchange scheme.
