Phoned to view a house, couldn't understand the person at all and was concerned if this was even a real estate agency.

I told them what days i'm free as you know need a job to buy a house but was completely ignored, they booked me in on a day both me and my partner are at work and i got the response "come after work then" we don't finish until 7-8pm at night! we was then told they will need to contact the vendor then put phone down and haven't heard anything since.

Lovely company. Every person I’ve spoken to has been helpful and so friendly. For what could be quite an overwhelming experience, the staff have went out of there way to make as straightforward as possible. Apologies to not remember all names but to Ollie, Natasha, Catherine and all of the staff, thank you so much.

Helen was just amazing!! Moving house is such a stressful time, but having Helen there to support us was invaluable! Couldn’t of been a bigger help, we bought our house , and we had the deadline before the stamp duty and Vicky Richardson and her team could not of been big help everytime we called they called spoke to solicitors and we managed to get it over the line

"The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I called multiple times, but not once did they try to call me back to discuss the issues."

I placed an offer for a property on Monday, to receive no further communication from the company at all. I called around 5 times each day from Monday to Friday to be told every time by the receptionist that the line I want is busy and they will ask them to call back - I received no calls back whatsoever, or response to my emails.
I finally got through on Friday afternoon, to be a told a voicemail had been left that my offer was declined, I had no voicemail. I also said I would be negotiable with a higher offer if it was declined, but they did not call me. The agent said that was final offer, which I clearly told 2 agents, it was not my final offer.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

Amber was very helpful and quick response. Even we had any questions, answered very quickly. We are happy with the service and finally we got our dream home. We are so happy 😊

I booked a viewing with New Home Solutions for a property. Two days after I'd booked the viewing, the property was no longer available and had been removed from Rightmove. I called up straight away to ask what was going on. The lady on the phone told me that an offer has already been made on the property but I could still come and view it to make an offer.

The next day, I receive a text saying my viewing is cancelled and the house is sold. I find it SO bizarre that they put homes up for sale, and within 2 days, its already been sold? NO viewings were carried on the property at all. I don't understand how this is normal and this isn't the first time this has happened.

It's very unfair to put homes on the market, allow you to book a viewing, then sell the property within 2 days? Feels very odd.

Helen Dyson has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the sale of our home. She has been proactive every step of the way and is so friendly and approachable too. After a bad previous experience with another Estate Agent, New Homes Solutions have been a refreshing change and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Vicky Richardson and her team were fantastic on this purchase. From offer to completion in 4 weeks takes some doing but we managed it, thanks to New Home Solutions and their recommendations.

She was extremely empathetic and made our experience a positive one. Nothing was too much for her, especially when it got to the point we were in touch every day! If I could give more stars I would. The staff at the company have been very helpful and efficient. We had our property up with another agent and we hardly had any interest it was hard to get in touch with them for any updates. When we put our property up with New Homes we started getting a lot more interest. A complete different experience to the previous one. The staff work 7 days a week and at times would call during the evening to book in viewings. Very efficient! We would highly recommend as the whole process has been a breeze. Form valuations all the way to progression we have always had the support we needed. 10/10 service! Highly recommend!

The team that dealt with my purchase were rather brilliant.
We hit a few snags on the way but they pulled out all the stops to ensure the deal went through to completion. Well done to all involved.
