The Netgem TV Box only has one tuner.
The user experience of this system, which I received from Community Fibre, is a let down because the box only has one tuner which means you can only watch one channel and record another as long as they are on the same MUX channel. This means that if they are not, you will need to stop recording the TV programme which is currently recording or not watch the programme you want to watch "live". Netgem should ugrade their boxes as it needs a second tuner at a minimum. Another note is that to record, you will need to buy a USB flash drive. The Netgem TV box does not have internal storage capacity.

Everything working fine .....except ITV…
Everything working fine .....except ITV hub no playback or live tv since last update. If i do manage to get any playback it just keeps pausing every 5mins.

Big improvement for the TV
Very happy and working well. My smart TV wasn't so smart so this makes things a whole lot better. The mobile app is a good bonus and great to be able to cast things direct to the TV.

I enjoyed using Netgem because when I was watching MotoGP the quality was good and it wasn’t pausing and it was very smooth. I was also watching the football games on BT Sport and I loved how smooth the video was going and there was no interference.

Brilliant little box
Freeview works well, and has multiple other awesome channels like Fox and Comedy Central for example.
Also has Youtube, Prime, etc.

The whole family has been enjoying the box and all the different services for some time now and everyone is happy. The menus and various sections are really helpful when it comes to finding the right program to watch. I never had to call customer service and never had any tech problems.

This is the biggest waste of money and trying to cancel your membership is mine field. Literally everything is a paid account to watch : Amazon, Netflix... and you pay for their box to do so.

Hi Sara, we have over 30,000 hours of on demand content from catch up services including BBC iPlayer, ITV hub, ALL4, My 5 , ITV and UK TV. Which are all free to view. We also have access to box sets and box office movies with Prime video, Youtube, Rakuten, Britbox, Hayu etc and we are constantly adding new contents to our line up. You can also find things to watch quicker and easier with Universal search, Amazon Alexa and personal recommendations. we also have the Netgem TV mobile app where you can watch channels on the go and connect as many devices as you like. You can also pause, rewind and record 135 Freeview channels including 15 HD. I have had a look at your account and it seems you are on our special subscription for £3.99 a month which have all the above, also with the current pandemic, we have temporary added premiere sports to your subscription package which is worth £9.99 on its own.
