Sent them an email 2 weeks ago. . . Nothing. Waiting for a payment.

Andrew John Parkes is nothing but a scammer and a fraudster.

Traded in popheads. Delivered to company and cash offer made and duly accepted. However, still waiting for payment. I have sent numerous emails and enquiry forms all of which have gone unanswered. No phone number so cannot contact except by email. Terrible company.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
My partner and I sold a fair few Pop Vinyls in January , and we have not received any money. We have sent several emails and letters. We have now been in contact with Trading Standards and have sent Breach of Contract letter/ letter before court and still this has been ignored. They are thieving scum.

Scammers! Do not send your pop heads! Sent items end of April, had email to say they had been received and then another on 5th May to say order processed, however no money has been sent. They are not responding to emails and there isn’t any other way to contact them.

Traded in two bundles of Funko Pops back in February. I was told that the sale had been approved and payment was being processed. I’ve since been blanked by TechTrades who have stopped replying to my emails. I am still waiting on my £60 trade in.

I have sent 25 funko pops to this company it was marked as processed on the 29th of April. I have sent numerous emails and an online enquiry regarding payment and have had no response. Wish I had read these reviews first.

I have sent a box of pops to this company to sell, order number 101103 total value of £50, their postage label they provided is showing they have been delivered to them via royal mail, they have not paid me and are not responding to my emails i will be reporting this company to trading standards and look to claim my money back via small claims courts.

They took over from game x change and they scammed me out of £135. Now trying to contact these and you get no response. Looks like all they did was change the name and carry on scamming people.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Sold and sent 10 funkopops to them but have not yet received payment after 5 weeks from them acknowledging receipt. There has been no response to my emails requesting advice on payment date. I do not recommend them!!

I sent a box of funko pops off 2 months ago and still no payment . I email them everyday and send messages on their website, but only had one reply, stating payment can take 20 days. This is a scam obviously, so now I'm going to go to trading standards, these companies cannot get away with this!

I sent nearly £100 worth of Funko Pops in February and was emailed on 19/02 to say my trade has been processed and I’m assuming payment made into my account.
It has now been over 8 weeks and I am still waiting for the payment for my goods, they have uploaded my Funko Pops to the website to sell but have yet to actually pay me for them.
I have sent countless emails and have had no response and been ignored this whole time.

I have sent the last email this morning before I start going down the legal route for my money, as it’s now about the principle.

What I thought would be an easy experience has turned into a nightmare.

Please avoid using them!!

Pretty useless company, have emailed every other week I think and they're just ignoring me.

It's strange because they paid near enough straight away the first time I sent something, second time just into the air with my emails and no payment.

This company is an absolute disgrace, I have sent countless emails with not a single reply. They have NO respect for their customers whatsoever, as they will take your items and then completely ignore you. Their quick enquiry form pings back as an error, so there is literally no way to contact them that gets you a response. This company needs to be reported to trading standards and shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute scam of a company would happily take my funko pops but haven’t payed me a single penny been waiting a month countless emails and not one single reply no other way of contacting them ( no phone number) avoid at all cost used them before they changed name never had this issue

DO NOT USE! Sent in Funko pops in December, had notification that they accepted them and would pay. It’s end of March and no payment received. Have been in touch with customer service countless times with no reply yet.

I sent in Funko pops to be traded with them as I had previously traded with pops for sale and they said this is their new sister site. The process to trade seemed easy I sent the pops off got an email to say that the trade had been processed and then nothing.

I emailed to ask for status of my order since Feb 2nd got the same email back as others saying there had been an emergency and they’d been away and they’d catch up.

It’s now way past 20 days and no payment has been made and they do not answer emails. They are scammers pure and simple.

Do not use them

Still not received a payment from selling lots of funko pops so I'm contacting the police and trading standards absolutely disgusting taking peoples items and not paying them wish I looked at the reviews on here 1st

I sent off some of my old electronics at the end of December, but it is now March and I still haven’t been paid for them. I received an email on the 22nd of January saying my order was being processed, but I’ve chased up my payment several times since then. I’m either ignored completely, or told that they had ‘issues elsewhere so were away from the business for a handful of weeks’ and are now catching up. I was told in February that they were catching up with payments over the next few days, but I still haven’t been paid. Like others have said, I was told it can take up to twenty days, but I’ve been waiting much, much longer than that. I’ve sent them one final email demanding payment and if they don’t pay me what I’m owed I will be taking this further. Please don’t use this company and get caught up in the stress that I have.
