I purchased the Nectar Hex in August
I purchased the Nectar Hex in August. The resin trap is supposed to be magnetic to keep it attached to the mouth piece but it fell out onto the floor whilst I was unpacking. One of the little feet that should help hold it in broke off straight away making it difficult when trying to attach the lid and the oven. For someone who has arthritis in both hands this can be extremely tricky at times. I contacted Nectar customer services regarding this and they assured me a replacement resin trap would be sent out. I have contacted them several times since, as I still haven't received one and each time they have various excuses from Amazon closing the account so they can't send it, to insufficient stock. I await in anticipation this will be resolved so I can use the device!

I don´t know what went wrong but i didn´t get the articel because of problems with the delivery. But no problem because they refunded my money. Pity, their products are good but i can´t order

Very easy to buy and quick delivery. Communication on delivery could be better I.e. not able to track parcel so was left outside in rain as I wasn't in however no damage to product so a minor issue

Ordered direct from Nectar and was quickly delivered. The batteries included are 2 x 3500mah. Well made charger, never realised it could be used as a power bank too - handy to keep spare vape batteries in but could also boost the charge of a mobile phone. Great product and great service.

After more than three weeks i‘m still waiting for the product
I still didn‘t get the ordered product (ordered october 22th). Its almost one month now (november 17th) and I left the country. I bought it for my holiday but that was before I learned that shipping will take forever

I thought I'd give it a week or so, with frequent usage of the Nectar Hex, and my verdict is that unlike previous models, the focus on ease of use, and keeping clean is top notch. This feels like a top of the range product. I use my old packing tool, as I'd prefer to keep the new one clean, and extend needing to buy anything additional. I love the fast heat up time, and the vapour is as dense as the product you put in.. I love that you can still adjust the total time that the vape is on, and I'd say that if it were on any longer, more people would complain about the heat drawn to the mouthpiece, but I can't complain, it's like 200C in that little chamber!
As for Nectar as a company, they were very quick to respond to my query, and the delivery was surprisingly fast.
Very happy customer.
