I found this company really helpful and I very much like their products. I received a parcel that had leaked and they were very prompt in replacing it. Always courteous and caring. I only wish more companies were like them.

Great toothpaste. Looking forward to trying the new pump, as the old one wasn't perfect.

The toothpaste is spot on. I love it. But the customer service is even better. They respond very quickly, they address your concerns. A great small company wanting to make a difference. I wholeheartedly endorse their values and their ethos.

Well idont know what order i was wanting to make but i tried to hold on but they sent it anyway so alright.

I recently accidentally broke my glass bottle dispenser and asked for a replacement to be sent along with my usual subscription of toothpaste. I had updated my payment details to make sure the cost of the bottle could be added.
However , I had a very prompt and pleasant reply in which I was told a replacement would be sent with no charge.
What a kind and surprising gesture when small businesses are struggling in today’s world.
I am so impressed and grateful.

Great customer service. My product became damaged and I was immediately sent a brand new product, after a very polite enhance with the customer service team. What a great company!

I signed up for this as it was advertised as "free" and I made sure I do not provide any payment method. Unfortunately 7 months later I discovered that they have been charging me every month somehow through PayPal, using just email. What you get is not worth the money you pay.

If a zero was possible that’s what I would have put, I have never received any products or subscribed for this service, and they have taken money from my bank, how they have done this I just dont know but they are ignoring my emails, I have contacted my bank do nothing else can be taken, but the fact this company is ignoring me, says a lot 😡 now this company have answered me and have resolved this issue, they have asked me to remove this review, I won’t be doing that, but will thank them for resolution and changed from 1 to 3 stars

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. If you haven't tried it, try it. You won't go back to supermarket toothpaste. Customer service excellent experience, life supplies is eco friendly, excellent, tastes good, excellent not one bad comment from me. Life supplies keep up the good work team.

Placed an order with an on-line retailer and was offered choice of vouchers for FREE product. Received the free product - having given card details to pay for postage - and subsequently £24.50 was taken from my card for a plastic bottle I did not order or want. Feel ripped off!

Easy website and excellent pricing. Prompt delivery.

I am disappointed that I was debited for items I did not order only because I saved my account details for your site.
I am still requesting for the refund of the 25 pounds debited from my account.
I did not order for those items and I’m not happy that I was sent items without my consent.

Great products for less

Great product and customer service.

I have used this toothpaste for over a year now.
I have found my teeth are no longer sensitive such a bonus. They are not stained either. As an older person lol in 60s.
I do experience same issue with the pump. The ladtvbits are difficult to get and u need to have it empty to refill. But luckily only I use it and each pouch seems to last a couple of months.
I havent done a price comparison really. But I know my hubbybuses colgate pump toothpaste and seems to have 4 or 5 to my pouch if this. He has had 4 teeth out and mine are doing OK
