Lisa was really helpful, she did exactly what I asked and amended my order to help me save on shipping costs. I was already happy with my initial order, but Lisa going above and beyond to add the additional items had really made my day and saved me a small fortune on shipping! Most companies wouldn't have helped me and left me out of pocket, but Lisa and TVape have shown that real customer service still exists!

Love this handy little vape for carts.

I’ve got two Utillian 723 as easy to use, choice of 4 temps and keeps the taste. Also brought a Zeus Arc for when I’m about and about as it’s smaller and more discreet. Brilliant customer service so can def 5* this review 🙏👌

All the high ratings are fully deserved. Huge selection, international shipping, etc. Lisa was incredibly helpful in the chat, quickly fulfilling my somewhat complicated request and suggesting the best solution herself, saving me time and money. I highly recommend the store! Thanks Lisa :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service for a first-time buyer
I had a brilliant experience with TVape, especially thanks to Lisa, who went above and beyond to help me. This was my first time buying a dry herb vaporiser and I had a lot of questions, but she took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right device, and even guided me through setting it up.
She also managed to get me a great deal, which was very much appreciated. The customer service felt genuinely personal rather than rushed or salesy, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
If you’re new to dry herb vaporisers or just want top-notch customer service, I can’t recommend Lisa and TVape enough. Absolutely deserving of a mention.
