Amazing customer service, my original delivery was list by Evri but Richard sorted a new delivery with a different supplier and it’s been delivered today, I can’t wait to try the product now

As good as IQOS
I have recently switched from IQOS to Neafs. When Neafs started I thought they were awful! But when they brought out the new TEO X I thought I'd give it another go.
I noticed that their flavours had improved greatly and my favourites are Tahiti (vanilla tobacco) and the brand new Light Menthol.
In comparison to IQOS, I find them just as satisfying and, of course, cheaper which is very important these days.
I had to get in touch with them via both chat and customer service email and on both occasions it was easy and they were very helpful.
All in all, I'm glad I switched.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service!
I've had a great experience with NEAFS from start to finish. The new TEO-X device is fantastic its stylish, easy to use, and provides a smooth, taste. The flavour is excellent, and the battery life has been impressive.
What has really stood out to me is the customer service. The team and especially Rich have always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I've needed assistance. It's reassuring to know that support is there if you need it, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NEAFS and the TEO-X device to others.

They are like silk cut awful flavour the mint burns
