Damanged, delayed and dissatisfied
Ordered on 21 July and received in late August, so it took over a month to arrive. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, without instructions, and was nothing like the product I ordered.
The company eventually agreed to a refund, which I finally received today, 30 September 2026. However, I was then contacted and asked repeatedly, almost daily, to change my negative feedback.
I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Easy to see the website. Easy to use and order. Product is excellent. Felt very comfortable that I was getting what was advertised on the website. Have recommended this product to my friends as we are nurses and all do shift work.
