I spoke to Matty, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. They were also willing to store my purchase for a few weeks until my fitter was available.
The delivery was smooth and I was kept informed all through the process, from buying to delivery.

Fabulous tiles. Absolutely thrilled with them. There were a couple of broken tiles which were not visible on the pallet when they were delivered and one cracked as we lifted it. They were really helpful when I called to discuss my options and arranged a speedy delivery for some replacements as we had the kitchen fitter coming so we needed to finish the job on schedule. Such a refreshing experience as they were so accommodating.

We chanced upon the warehouse as we were looking to purchase porcelain but after looking at the display and a chat we were convinced to turn to natural stone.
