Matty, at Natural stone was brilliant! He helped me choose the right product and specify my project, and he helped with follow questions. And of course the product itself is stunning. Our builders commented that it was the best they'd ever seen.

The limestone tiles are lovely and great great value. The service on the phone was excellent and delivery on time and very efficient. I would really recommend this company and products.

The sample was much late delivery for what we expect, in 5 samples, there are two same pattern, two broken, and it is the most worse experience. Lucky I am not going to buy anything from this company.

Excellent service from purchase through to delivery. Matty was very knowledgeable and helpful, didn’t bombard with calls and emails after providing a quote but allowed time for me to reach a decision which was refreshing. Once the order had been placed and delivery booked he checked site conditions, as we had a gravel drive he arranged for a forklift unload which is something no other company had done throughout the whole build process. I am eternally grateful for this as the internal stone (from a different company) had been delivered the previous day and dumped at the drive entrance completely blocking access. The lovely driver moved this stone prior to unloading his.
I had the Garrowby Limestone which looks stunning and is very good value for money, a far superior product to the similar internal stone already purchased from a different supplier.

Product was exceptional as was the service, they helped out above and beyond what was expected when we had problems with the build that meant we needed extra materials. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Natural Stone online were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They answered all of my questions leading up to me making a purchase for our kitchen floor. Matty always responded with really detailed emails with lots of product info which was a good sign. Once I placed the order he continued to answer more emails about grout etc with lots of knowledge and patience! There was an issue at the point of delivery which was dealt with and resolved straight away - how a company handles things when there is a problem is the biggest testament and Matty was great. All in all a real pleasure to deal with. And the product is fantastic! The builders are here as I write putting in more stone from them in the garden. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the Minster Antiqued Limestone slabs supplied by NSO. The tiles are everything I had hoped they would be and look beautiful. Matty took the time to answer all of my questions before I placed my order, giving good advice and honest opinions as to my choices. He also went above and beyond helping me research my options for gravel to complement the tiles, despite this not being a product NSO offer themselves. I always think the test of a great company is what they do when something doesn’t go to plan, and in this NSO really shone: there were some problems with the tiles on delivery - some missing and some broken - but again I got clear, well informed advice from Matty about natural variations and fault lines in the tiles (which put my mind at rest), while also agreeing straight away to send replacements for the damaged and missing tiles. This meant the job could be completed on time and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company or their products and would definitely use them again.

During our visit to the showroom Matty was very helpful and guided us in the right direction, keeping our Minster limestone in storage until we was ready for fitting! Husband finally finish laying yesterday, the limestone looks absolutely amazing 🙌 Completes our farmhouse kitchen.
