Tara responded very quickly to my email after I received my first order describing my disappointment with the product I received. She explained that she had looked at my order and that my image was not aligned properly and generously offered to send me a code to reorder a wood block framed image at no cost. Because I was afraid I might make the mistake again, I asked, and she happily agreed to do it for me. She left the product in my account cart, supplied the promotional code for me to complete by adding the cost of shipping. Throughout the exchanges she was quick to reply, very accommodating and cared that I would receive a quality product. I was so pleased to do all of this via email since I was on the road a lot that day without privacy for a phone call.

I applaud Tara and team for their exceptional performance and hope their supervisors recognize their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction!

I am new to photo developing services but this company came highly recommended. I wanted to get grad photos developed without paying the ridiculous prices the school photo company charged. I reached out because the website assistant for the company instructed me to in order to figure cost to retouch the photo. I was answered in a very reasonable time period with detailed info and instructions on how to request the retouching service (and what an outstanding price to so so — though I know its not the final cost until they look at my actual order.) I am so happy I found this company and look forward to using it for other projects.

Erica was very helpful. I had ordered a print and was not happy with it. It was supposed to be reprinted, but I had not received any confirmation from Nation Labs and no print was sent. When I called she made sure the problem was fixed and the print is on the way

Soojin was very helpful tracking down two 12x24 prints that shipped separately from the rest of our order. She responded quickly, explained the situation clearly, and sent the UPS tracking link right away. The prints we already received look excellent. Really appreciate the attentive support.

After placing a large order I realized that I had brought my photos onto the website in a way that would cause them to have very low resolution. At first I panicked but the next morning I called and was refunded immediately, while on the phone. That is top notch customer service! I look forward to uploading the photos properly and placing a new order.

I had a customer that needed a change to his original order and so I called NPL customer service and spoke with David Cress. He went above and beyond and got things worked out very quickly which made me a happy customer and made my customer happy as well. Double bonus! Thanks again.

Nations Photo Lab has never disappointed. The quality of their prints is out-of-this worldly and their customer support is outstanding. My last print was damaged by the carrier but Allison, from customer support, quickly fixed that by arranging for a reprint to be reshipped. Thanks!

Soojin reached out to me after her attention to detail regarding a mistake she and her team caught with my order. Something I didn’t recognize. My order was placed on hold while she reached out via waiting for confirmation from me. The process was very impressive. I felt like an actual customer both times I’ve used this company and the attention to detail and excellence in service will keep me raving about the company.

I was having issues with the website trying to order a print. I reached out to see if the tech support at Nations Photo Lab could help, and received a response a couple of hours later. Natalee asked me some questions to help determine what the issue might be. I sent her screenshots of the website to show what was happening when I tried to edit a print. She and her team solved the issue within 24 hours, and I was still able to order photos in time to take advantage of the promotional sale. Thank you Natalee!
