I had an absolutely amazing experience with Nations Photo Lab! After placing my order, I needed to call twice to make changes, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. Instead, he took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. Customer service like this is very hard to find today. His kindness and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into such a pleasant experience. I was already excited about my photo order, but the outstanding service made the entire experience even more special. Nations Photo Lab has definitely earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely order from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful photo products and truly exceptional customer care. Five stars simply aren’t enough!!!!

Rapid, thoughtful feedback with suggestions for corrections. She has answered not only my questions but offered technical advice. I’ll absolutely stick with NPL. I travel quite a bit, just returned from Ireland and Scotland and am just now returning to this.

The photo book that NPL initially printed for me was terrible! The colors were dark and drab. I use a color calibrated monitor that is recommended for photography, so I know that I submitted color calibrated photos and I have not had any problems using other companies (i.e. prints, etc. received back are exactly from the photos I've uploaded). Soojin was very slow responding to me (would only respond via email) and even had me send her photos from my personal file so she could compare to what was printed. What is on file at NPL looks exactly the same as what I sent her! Losing patience, I called NPL and spoke to a representative who gave me a "story" about NPL's color correction that didn't make sense to me. NPL did offer to redo the photo book at no charge and I agreed to have them do the color correction since I did not want to receive again what was originally sent. The redo was as bad as the original, only in the opposite direction. Colors were lightened so much that detail was lost and the color of most of the wildlife was not correct (all photos were of wildlife). Whoever did the "color correction" has no knowledge of what the animals look like! I do, and that was what was submitted and was clearly ignored! I wanted to try NPL because of the company's reputation but will never use them again. I gave 2 stars simply because the book has a high quality cover, binding and paper. I will never understand why the photos I uploaded could not be reproduced in the photo book as they were in my file!

Tara was a fantastic individual! I had a unique situation with my photo order and Tara advocated for me to make sure my photo prints would be possible for my exhibit. Very excited to have gotten my prints from NPL and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Tara is a queen!

Customer service is outstanding. The photo I wanted enlarged on metal, had to be cutoff on the sides. Getting the sides would have left white lines at the top and bottom, which was unacceptable for me. Not their fault. However, working with them, they came up with a solution that is perfect. Thank you Nations Photo!!

I have been a customer with Nations Photo Lab for about ten years now & there have been some funky shipping situations that could have been very stressful, but NPL always has a solution that goes above and beyond. I appreciate that so much as a small business owner with a lot on my plate!

Quick and helpful response in customer service! I had issues with my photo order and I was able to get a reprint. The metal stand also broke and I was able to get a replacement.

I called Nations Photo Lab to see if they had a way for me to have my photo printed using my own dimensions rather standard dimensions. Ricky was able to come up with a pretty easy way of accomplishing this. Note that one of their competitors (with high rankings) only came up with a ridiculously difficult work-around for this same issue. Hooray Ricky!

I was having a problem getting the print to match my jpeg. I contacted customer service and was given great help getting the color profile and understanding how to soft proof what I was seeing in Lightroom with the print.

I let them know that my photos were not delivered and they reprinted and sent them immediately- I had them in just a couple of days!

I have been traveling since I received my order. So, I apologize for taking so long to write this review. Thanks to Erica at Nations Photo, my order was perfect. She worked with me to get the color right on. A definite asset to this company. Professional while at the age time, personable.
