customer service is quick to answer calls. Email follow up was prompt. Resolution was satisfactory.

I ordered five giclée prints from Nations Photo Lab. Four of them were large 16x20 prints that I planned on gifting to my best friends who got married last year. They all came out SO BEAUTIFULLY! The colors were vibrant, as pictured from the original photo I uploaded, and were perfect in quality despite the larger print size.

I had one incident where the sticky part of the packaging accidentally got stuck on the print. When I pulled it off, some of the color from the print peeled off, ruining the print before it even got in the frame. I was so devastated…

I shared this story with Nations Photo Lab customer support asking if there was a small chance they could reprint the one damaged print. I sent that email without any expectations. Just one day later, Soojin Kim replied to my request. Her response was so warm and kind. And to my surprise, she honored my request and sent me a new copy of the one I damaged. I was prepared to settle with filling in the damaged print with color pencil but she really went above and beyond by sending me a new copy. I was so, so grateful!

This was my first time ordering from NPL but you beat believe I will be ordering from them from now all for ALL my printing needs moving forward! I’m so glad I found a printing service I can rely on for my own wedding next year hehe.

I made my first purchase from Nations Photo Lab today. I was offered a 25% off code for my first order. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the code until after checkout. I emailed them asking if it could be fixed, not expecting to get a response right away. Ricky responded and refunded the amount the code would have saved me within the hour!!! I was very impressed! Ricky was great & helped fix the issue I had!

I was having difficulty with Color Correction in my photo album. The first automated response did not make sense to me; so I asked to speak with a person. David Cress joined the conversation and realized right away that I was working on a Photo Album and not a singular Photo. He explained how to turn on color correction in an album as well as trying to improve the photo prior to being in the album. Very helpful and solved the problem!

My photography company has used NPL for years. We love the ease of ordering prints and the quality is excellent. Recently I had an unusual printing error and Tara handled my issue quickly and professionally. NPL is top notch and I wouldn't use any other printing company.
