I had a question about my photo order. My question was answered and everything was taken care of. I was very pleased with customer service.

The help I received after mistakenly placing an order for the wrong size prints was super easy to find. The chat put me in touch with a live agent very quickly and then the response I got was not only gracious, but expeditious. I highly recommend this company!

David was great! He helped me quickly and even though I think maybe it was my error he helped rectify it by correcting the photo and adding it to my cart and giving me a coupond code to reorder. So greatful!

Tara Smith deserves a raise. She reached out to me about an order that didn't look quite right to her and she mailed me with her concerns. She was 100% correct. It says a lot about her concern for customers. I've had 7 canvas prints so far and all have been better than expected.

After we mistakenly ordered the wrong type of prints for framing, Alison patiently explained what would be more appropriate and put all the details in an email, which included a coupon code that would cover the full cost of the replacement. Excellent service!

I ordered pearl, linen texture prints for clients. I did not receive my package! According to NPL instructions, I checked the mailbox, side yard, by the fence and embarrassed, asked my neighbors! I waited a few days as instructed and then reported the missing package. The response I received back from NPL was the same instructions to check around the property, fence, gate, mailbox and to ask my neighbors!!! Also instructed me to wait another few days again!!! Dissatisfied, unacceptable response that I received, I gave the survey a bad review. I received a follow up text from Soojin. Soojin took ownership of my dissatisfied situation understanding my situation and the pressures and concerns that I have for my clients deadlines! Soojin reordered my pearl, linen textured prints. Currently, I still haven’t received my Artwork. Although I didn’t meet my deadlines with my clients, I still needed to acknowledge Soojin for the efforts.

Erica found a way to take care of my issue and helped all along the way. I felt she actually cared that my question was resolved and didn’t just breeze past things to get on to the next “call”.

I have ordered several prints from NPL; most are beautiful and have vivid and correct colors. I had one issue with delivery (the package arrived damaged) and one issue with the lighting of a photo... both calls were met with solution-oriented, helpful and friendly customer service reps, who quickly offered resolutions. I've used several print services, and this has been by far the best, both in experience and print quality.

Alison at Nations Photo assured me that my mistake in providing the wrong billing address would not affect my order. She also suggested that I remove the incorrect billing address in my account.

Soojin was great to work with. She kept in touch through all the billing steps and let me know when we had been approved for the tax exemption.

Natalee was so helpful in sorting out my order. It was nice to be able to confirm details with her to make sure that everything was ready to process. I love Nations and Natalee just takes the service and quality to the next level.
