the person helping me was intelligent, easy to understand and eager to be of assistance....in other words....exactly what you want and need when you're doing something for the first time with a new vendor & it needs to be right....

I had a problem ordering a certain product, so I called Customer service and spoke with Brandon Moore and explained what I was attempting to order. Basically, he took control of my order and all that was left for me to do was to upload the image. I could not have selected a better representative to handle my situation. I would consider him as the most knowledgeable agent they have based on how short of a time to solve a problem

I ordered a 16x20 print of my daughter, and when I received it, the package was bent, as well as the print. I used the QR code on the postcard included in the package and filled out a complaint. Early the next business day, I received an email apologizing for the print's condition (even though it wasn't the company's fault!) and a tracking number for the new print they'd already sent. Top-notch customer service!

The customer service was the main thing i liked about this company. today CS is almost nonexciting especially like the way Tara Smith followed up and made sure that everything was done correctly. She was a very big help. I will highly recommend Nations Photo lab to all of my family and friends.

It's Father's Day 2026 - my dad just bought a new camera, so a gift card to a photo lab seemed appropriate. I could not make a purchase without signing up for an account - there was no option I could see, on my phone or computer, to opt out of the 25% off "offer" - all I needed to do was provide my information. But guess what? I don't want to. That should not exclude me from being able to purchase a gift card for someone else. So, you lost 2 customers really - nice job.

I can’t say enough great things about Nations Photo Lab and its customer service. This is my second time ordering from them and this time had some discrepancies in the draft and final product, but David did a great job in explaining what had likely happened and helping me trouble shoot the problem. Highly recommend and will be ordering from them again!!

Nations Photo Lab is a preeminent, remote, photo lab. The quality of Nations Photo Lab work, in my opinion, is unsurpassed. Nations Photo Lab web-based, customer interface is intuitive and easy to use. There was one aspect of my interaction with Nations Photo Lab that I was not pleased with, that was my inability to reach someone live, in Nations Photo Lab’s Customer Service Department, during their limited, Monday to Friday, modified business hours, and leaving a message, requesting a call back, to receive NOT a call back, but an email, which was neither helpful, nor efficient. In my opinion, Nations Photo Lab can do better with their customer service/support.

Erica was very courteous and professional in handling my recent order issue in regard to the promo discount that apparently, I neglected to apply at checkout. She confirmed my order and verified the promo code was not applied and promptly corrected the order with the promo code applied, thank you Erica!! I've been using Nations Photo for several years with very few issues, but when an issue happens to pop up, Nations Photo has always been front and center in resolving the problem. Thank You, Nations Photo!!

Had a small issue with damage upon delivery that David in the customer service team dealt with fully, making sure that I had full remediation even though I didn't need a reprint. Lovely company to deal with and the prints are high quality. Would use again.

We are just a small business in Arizona, and the trading cards are a nice bonus to projects we work on.
After 3 or 4 flaky "custom trading card" makers online we have landed on Nations Photo Lab. We received our 1st test order today and are very happy with the whole process including the most important part the cards.
I called just to see if we could get the cards in a little thicker stock. You don't offer that and considering the
fact that most people insert the cards in plastic, protective sleaves it's not that big of a deal.

The Nations Photo Lab team responded quickly to my coloration issue, and gave me helpful terms to use to assist their team in understanding what my issue was and what they could do to fix it. They quickly got my print job redone and sent back out to my within the week, and I am very happy with the results.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Erica Waters at Nations Photo Lab regarding the ongoing challenges I've experienced with the color correction process. Erica was extremely courteous, informative, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me achieve the best possible print results.

She took the time to discuss ways I could improve consistency in my prints and even provided a detailed link with instructions for monitor calibration. Although the calibration process seemed quite intricate when I attempted it previously, Erica carefully explained its importance and how it can help ensure greater accuracy between what I see on my screen and the final printed product.

What impressed me most was Erica's dedication to customer satisfaction. She reassured me that Nations Photo Lab stands behind its work and will continue to generate reprints if I am not completely satisfied with the results. Brandon, Nations Photo Lab customer service rep spent a good hour helping me secure another login so I could successfully order more prints. He exhibited such courtesy, patience and persistence. You rarely find a person willing to do this these days.

I worked with David Cress from Nations Photo Lab when I had problems logging in as a new customer ('invalid password' error message). He was very prompt and got the technical team to correct the problem. When I had other questions, he was very good in explaining things in detail being very patient and customer-oriented. I would say he was the best in customer service I had ever met in a company. I tried their photo printing services to compare it to the one I had used for years, and Nations Photo Lab had clearer and sharper pictures.
