The person who fixed my windscreen was so professional. The National windscreen had a good communication team who updated me when they couldn't make my appointment on the chosen day. They were ok.

Once appointment was make technician call on the day to confirm an arrived as he stated, work was done with no fuss payment taken and technician left.

First appointment two fitters cracked the…
First appointment two fitters cracked the new windscreen upon placement blaming a cheap screen made in China .
2nd appoint to replace the new cracked windscreen went smoothly . However, the new windscreen protrudes my cars roof by 3-5mm when it should be flush or below (as previously) the roof line.
Customer service upon the first appointment weren’t very helpful & lacked any urgency, information or politeness for replacing the newly fitted & cracked first windscreen taking a week to redo it
2nd fitter of 2nd windscreen was quick, tidy & polite.

I cried.
He got there within 5 minutes after I called to ask where he was. I then said the him that I have to pick the car from the car park. I then got a call from him saying that it's about 10 minutes now and he has to go. At the same time he was leaving a message I was trying to call me I could not through so I texted me to say that I was 1 minutes away and I'm trying to park my car. Once he said that I got out of my car and beckecon him and he did not see me until I reached his van. As I turned up he said that he has to find a parking suitable for both of us. I then said that he should try further down the road and he did. As he got there he shouted me that this is not going to work l have to book again have someone else. I then guessed a parking space for both of us. I was parrk got into the bigger space said that I had enough
Space he said he work I this. He finally drove my car into the space and said that I should cancel as time was going. The man drove into the said you have enough space and he said he is going he's not going to do it I should get someone else and rebook, the man then got involved and I started to cry and said my car was not safe and the man agreed and he then agreed to fixing the window. As I was watching from the back he then stand in the sun.

Doesn't show up
Absolutely useless, two appointments so far, two no-shows. Each time the rescheduling is over two weeks. The cracked windscreen is unresolved. No business ethics or reliability as a business. I would avoid unless you are an insurer attempting to delay repairs.
I have lost two days income because of this poorly run business.
Edit: in regards to emailing your team, this has already been done and I have been ignored as you would expect.
