The person who fixed my windscreen was so professional. The National windscreen had a good communication team who updated me when they couldn't make my appointment on the chosen day. They were ok.

Disgrace- have been waiting for a simple windscreen for nearly 3 weeks and they have no updates for me. They are awaiting parts from their UK supplier from day 1. It's Christmas and they don't have any humanly touch to ensure ppl can at least have some faith and relax even at this time of the year. Pls avoid

Everything was carried out professionally and didn't take to long
It was explained to me how long it would take to change windscreen and all was carried out on time and I was told how long to leave it and not to wash it within next 48hrs.

Booked National Windscreens through my insurance company (LV=). I was told that I would only need to pay my excess of £20. National Windscreens are now trying to claim payment of £72

Have experienced worst I ever had .
Have experienced worst I ever had .
My car's windscreen has been broken couple days ago by thief on a street . I am using the Aviva company insurance policy , have applied them to compensate this replacement expense . They have forwarded me to National Windscreens company . Ok , I have book an appointment to replace the windscreen in three days after . But day before appointment , have been informed that this company doesn’t have the windscreen at all , and they going to make an order if I am happy with that 🤯. Ok , I have agreed to give them 5 working day else more . They promised me to send the master how can put it temporary window's cover . This "no name" guy , have been fully instructed by his Manager with my address and the time of visit . I even couldn’t explain , but this guy couldn’t find the address , and the house number , meanwhile as the number and house's name had displayed by large letters at the building . He was speaking with me misbehaving , and bossy . The mood was spoiled and I refused this terrible service . I will Never ever again contact this company, they do not respect their customers .
