The person who fixed my windscreen was so professional. The National windscreen had a good communication team who updated me when they couldn't make my appointment on the chosen day. They were ok.

My experience with National Windscreens was extremely positive.
They were communicative in the run up to the appointment and on the day, the operative arrived within the allotted time window and worked quickly and efficiently. I felt happy leaving my keys with him and went back to work while he worked on the van.

My daughter needs her car as an NHS…
My daughter needs her car as an NHS worker. At present she can't get it MOT'd because of the crack in the windscreen. They were due to replace it but cancelled at the last minute and have now offered a date 5 days later. Who knows if they'll show up or cancel again! When she spoke to them to explain they didn't care. If it wasn't going through the insurance we'd go somewhere else. But we'll never use them again if it's our choice.

Absolutely horrible service. Wasted two full days and made me wait a whole month for no reason.
Absolutely horrible service. Had a booking placed in one day for 9am. Woke up and instantly was told it was cancelled due to “STAFF SICKNESS”. It automatically rescheduled a mobile technician appointment for 23 days later!
23 days later I wait and take time off work and other things to make sure I’m ready and prompt for the driver to arrive.
I received a tracking link for my technician, it says he is doing 3 jobs around my area and then to me.
I track him all day around my area only for him to drive off further and further as the day goes by.
No call, text or response.
The whole day goes by and nothing. Just waiting.
I call the company and even then, no help. They have no notes or no reason as to why my whole 23 days in advance appointment was just ghosted.
Do not book with this company. They are useless and helpless.
