Bus journey and driver were excellent…
Bus journey and driver were excellent although it was a Lee’s Coach and not a Just Holiday or National coach as advised.The Grand Hotel was like a majestic old lady and the history absolutely fascinated me and I will definitely have a return visit, the down side to the hotel was hard beds and kid in the concert hall at 10.30 at night

Amsterdam trip
Morgan the driver was amazing. He was friendly, kind and helpful and a superb driver. He couldn't do enough to help. The organisation of the whole trip was excellent. Stefan the tour guide was great but on the way back went very quiet and seemed in a mood.
I do feel that all the drivers should have basic first aid training as a lady fell and cut her knee. I am first aid trained and helped Morgan to sort the lady out.
I think a 1.30am pick up is to early and perhaps an overnight stay added to the trip might be more appropriate.
I know a de tour was taken on our return journey to save us sitting in a queue and that Stefan was furious about it, but everyone on the coach were so grateful and gave Morgan a round if applause.
Great trip next one with you is in December.

Great trip for mystery weekend,2 lovley destinations in Stratford upon Avon,and Warwick castle.
Only drawback was the many pickups on the way which resulted in being on the bus for 6 hours plus going and returning.driver did a top job and was very pleasant and helpful.

Sadly not a great first time…
Sadly not a great first time experience, had to catch 2 tubes to Madam Tussauds from the coach drop off point, never been on the tube before thankfully a lovely family who were going there from the coach helped us. On the following day the coach took an extra hour and a half to pick us up due to a demo stopping traffic in 35 degree heat no one knew where the coach was or what was happening.

Will definitely use again
Enjoyed my experience with my family, Call the midwife tour with National stayed over night in the Marriott hotel in Slough could not fault it I would definitely will use again and the Driver went up and beyond I forget his name it was his first trip into London and he did really well considering the trafic in the capital, well impressed.

Enjoyable 5 days holiday to Northumberland.
Booked a four night 5 days holiday to Northumberland with Nationalholidays. We enjoyed this holiday a lot.
The price was good.
The company's website was easy to use.
The pros:- Lots of toilet/rest stops.
The coach had excellent air con especially appreciated on the hot days we had.
The hotel was good in a good location on the Newcastle Quay.
Good food especially the breakfast.
Enjoyed the itenary & the tours, also had excellent tour guide Tom.
Excellent driver, David who was very good at his job & looked after us well.
Cons:- A day spent driving & picking up.
The coach toilet smelling.
Enjoyable holiday. Will book with National holidays in the future.
