Its always easy to deal with National Friendly but this was the first time I submitted a claim payment request. I had a very prompt reply and cash in the bank a couple of days later
Unfortunately there was an error in the payment letter (a dental claim was described as a sickness benefit) and the letter did not explain the calculation of payment clearly - so I had to call the office for an explanation. Otherwise, all good

Samantha that I spoke too she was very friendly and helpful and polite. She was well spoken she explained things very clearly. Samantha also give out good advice and she helped me to choose the right monthly payment that was suitable for me.She also let's you choose which funeral is comfortable and the right one there was no pressure.

Be aware there agents lie when selling policies read the small print as most everyday conditions are not covered by the policy I tried to make a claim and was told I was not coverd due to this

The telecaller was very pleasant, knowledgable & approachable. Her expplanation of the product was very thorough & easy to understand. There was no hard sell which kept me engaged.

The very helpful person on the other end of the line was able to guide me to the next step of sorting out my predicament.

The two customer service people I spoke to were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

The policy information was explained clearly, with no hidden surprises, and the communication throughout has been excellent. The claim was paid very quickly and on time every time for the almost 16 months of payment.
