Problems occur often nowadays, and I am lucky to be dealing with a professional company. Quick response to my email, phone call, and problem resolution instantly.

Sent an email with regards to status of my membership and have had no reply whatsoever

I have currently been off work for just over a month and still have had no contact from national friendly unless it was me chasing them for information. The say there is a 2 week deferal period but they don’t have any support for those who are waiting 5 weeks still and cannot pay bills. No matter my concerns I’m still waiting. It took a week from my original phone call and sending all information over for them to even do anything at all and again this was only because I rang up a week later to see what was going on.

the staff was great and helpful, they explain things to me so the I understand and the reason for asking.

What a lovely quality lanyard and identity card. Here earlier than expected.

I was not pressure into anything, explained clearly by the staff , staff was very perlite and well done to all that helped me a great service well done.
