The claim was paid very quickly and on time every time.
I took out a policy with National Friendly and have been very impressed with the service I received. The whole process was straightforward, clear, and professionally handled from start to finish.
Their customer service team was friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It was refreshing to speak with people who genuinely seemed to care about helping customers find the right cover.
The policy information was explained clearly, with no hidden surprises, and the communication throughout has been excellent. The claim was paid very quickly and on time every time for the almost 16 months of payment.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend National Friendly to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy insurance provider.
