Worst customer experience I have ever…
Worst customer experience I have ever received. I was at Gatwick airport south terminal at 8.30 am on the 17th May 2022. I approached the Nars counter. The assistant was engrossed with a girl and spent ages talking to her, I am not sure if she was a friend but she was definitely not purchasing from her. I on the other hand had a huge order for my daughter totalling £720. The assistant seemed ageist or something she cut me short every-time I asked her for a product. Didn’t hear what I was saying just kept saying no, offered me no alternative and was completely dismissive and unhelpful! I’m sure not everything I wanted was out of stock but after the way I was treated I walked away! Half of me thought this could Only be a joke or she is seriously trying to undermine the brand name! Non the less I will not be purchasing from them again regardless.

I am writing this as a loyal customer of Nars for many years.
I am disappointed that many of the better products and the powder foundation have been discontinued. The foundation formulae are not what they used to be and the remaining good products are so often out of stock. The pigment quality in powder products is not what it used to be either.
I have begun to buy Hourglass products instead as a result.

Disappointing customer service
I have been in touch with Nars several times saying I cannot use the eyeliner as it wont go on smoothly on my eye, and they have been very unhelpful. I asked for a label so that I could return it to them by free-post but they did not want to send me one. Unfortunately, I do not remember who I bought the pencil from although I still have the packet it came in..so I cannot prove proof of purchase. I wont be buying their products again.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Ordered 3 products, 1 was missing in the delivery. I contacted the customerservice and then the drama started.
They asked me to fill in a word document form in which i declared that the product i ordered, and paid for, was missing. I thought it was a bit odd. But okay, i filled in the form and then signed it digitally.
1 week later they tell me the form has to be signed manually. If i don't do so within 5 days they assume that my conplaint has been solved (?) and close the case. Like what the hell. They made a mistake, and that happens, but it seems they are trying to make the costumer work to fix it.
Absolutely done with this brand. Im never buying here again.

Absolutely disgusting online service . After waiting one week for delivery informed online could not deliver . I phoned to complain to be told one item ordered out of stock , so total order cancelled ! How can this company advertise stock not in ! ? I will never buy from them again , plenty choice on market . They are not the best and certainly the worst online .

Je suis passée dans la boutique où travaille GUISEPPE. J'ai été accueilli par ce jeune homme excellemment bien. Il est adorable, gentil,accueillant et de très bons conseils. Il a prit soin de bien me conseiller, me trouver les bons produits et il m'a même maquillé pour que je puisse le rendre compte du résultat. Il a très bien prit soin de moi. Mille mercis à GUISEPPE et je lui souhaite plein de bonnes choses et de réussite dans sa vie.

J'ai passé commande sur nars.fr, jusque là j'étais satisfaite. Le problème se pose lors de la réception, j'ai reçu un produit défectueux.
J'ai donc contacter le service client afin de me faire rembourser. J'ai suivi toute les procédures demandées et notamment retourner le colis à leur demande.
Ces derniers m'ont fourni un bordereau.
Désormais, cela fait plus de 15 jours que mon colis transite chez la poste, ce dernier ayant été refusé dans leur soi-disant "laboratoire".
Désormais, je me retrouve lessée, je n'ai pas pu être remboursée et je n'ai même plus le produit. J'ai rappelé le service client qui reste bizarrement très silencieux.
Pour exercer mes droits de la consommation, je songe à me rapprocher d'une association de consommateurs pour dénoncer cette pratique.

I went for a lovely Christmas shopping Day out in London , and after reading all the great reviews on NARS creamy concealer, I thought I would pop into selfridges in Oxford street to get some expert advice on the best way forward for a good concealer. I’m 32 have generally very good olive skin but have notice a few lines under my eyes with my current make up . The young lady looked at me and said ….
It’s genetic and there was nothing a concealer could do to assist and then continued to ask if I moisturised before applying make up etc (obviously I do all of this and take great care in my appearance ) very disappointed that the advice the I was given by a ‘professional’ was the above especially after reading all the great reviews .

One of the worst company ever, I recently made an order consisting of 13 items, just because 1 item was out of stock they cancelled my whole order and no one even contacted me, I literally had to chase them, never ever purchasing from Nars again
Terrible customer service
I tried ordering from their website three times, once my order didn't arrive at all - it was my first order with complimentary lipstick so I asked if I get it if I re-order - the answer was flat 'no' since it wouldn't be my first order and I already got (!) my sample with the fist one. Second was cancelled as item was out of stock, so I re-ordered and - surprise, surprise - it was cancelled again even though item was back in stock. Apparently it was out of stock when order was in preparation (for five days), even though it was in stock on the website both when I ordered and when they cancelled it. They did not recommend that I proceed with a new order with the item mentioned in order to avoid this happening once more - even thought it was in stock on their website at the time I got this email (?!).
Of course, they would not try to use the stock they have to send me my order.
The worst thing is their emails were very patronising and there was no trace of apology - not to mention them trying to help. Not buying from NARS again, there is so much choice these days that I will happily spend my money elsewhere. They should leave online retail to companies that know what they're doing

Ordered online from Nars.com. But accidentally forgot to place samples in the shopping bag (the section for sample wasn't apparent). I emailed them as I see the summary of my order (very immediate) and ask them to add samples. But of course, it took them a very long time to write back and the reason was that my package was already in preparation. I mean that's why I wrote the email immediately after the order. The answer was that customer service couldn't do anything. The communication was meaningless.
Terrible experience with NARS
Terrible experience with Nars. I ordered from NARS for the first time last week. I have ordered two products, one of which was missing in the delivered box. I immediately contacted customer service to ask if they would resend this product. I had to fill out a claim form and manually fill it in to get my money back. I told them that I don't want a refund, but I want to receive the missing product. This apparently takes too much effort as this was not possible. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I believe that NARS should have solved this error properly. Instead of Nars solving this properly, I first contacted customer service by email, to which I did not receive an answer, then I called customer service for 20 minutes today, I filled in and sent a claim form, after which I was informed by email that it is not possible to send the missing product. I have asked whether I can get the missing product again at a reduced rate without shipping costs, but I have not yet received a response. Hence, a good brand with a terrible customer service. So, from now on I will get my makeup from brands that can solve problems in the right way!!!

I just had the worst experience with NARS today! As a first time customer, I ordered a foundation on Monday and paid overnight shipping. Per the advertisement on the website- one business day would be Tuesday right? At most Wednesday. I got a notification on Tuesday morning that my package has shipped, however when I clicked on the tracking number, there was no shipping activity. The only thing that showed was - Label was created and an estimated arrival of Wednesday before 12noon. Now I wait until Wednesday morning and checked tracking again. Still no activity. Tracking was still showing the same info showing on Tuesday. Just label created no activity. I called NARS customer service and was told oh it’s takes 1-2 business days. What!!! I paid for overnight and your website pretty much deceived me into thinking it was really overnight. Why haven’t I received my package yet? It had not even been picked up! So I call FEDEX customer service, and spoke to a supervisor, who told me point blank that my package had not shipped and if it was indeed picked up and shipped as they claim, then they should be providing me with a pick up number and a day it was picked up or at most, the tracking activity should be updating. Now keep in mind this is today Wednesday, FedEx is telling me the sender has not shipped your package. I paid overnight y’all! It’s two days later!! So I call NARS customer service again and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a rude, unprofessional BRITTANY!! Who lied and told me that my package had been shipped. I asked her why the tracking wasn’t updating, she claimed oh FedEx has not yet updated. I told her I just spoke with FEDEX and I asked Brittany when was my package picked up? No answer . Can you provide me with a pickup number ? No response. Can you proof why there is no tracking activity for an overnight shipping? No response. Then I proceeded to ask for a refund which she claimed she processed and I still haven’t got an email confirmation for that. She was quick to process the credit and lie about shipping my packet. So I had I not called, I would have paid $20 overnight shipping and still NOT GET MY PACKAGE UNTIL FRIDAY!!! Why falsely advertise shipping rates just to rip money off your customers! This is my first and last time dealing with this BRAND!! Let’s hope I get my refund sooner than later else I’m suing your brand for false advertisement!!

I booked a appointment for make up yesterday at Westfield Stratford it was my daughter birthday party . They just ruined my day I look like witch. They don’t have any plan what they apply on me . She moving around picking up single single product just killing the time.She hold me and went other customer .
Defective foundation applicator
I really like their foundation, however, twice in a row the applicator of the foundation I bought broke and the last time the product spilled all over the inside of my makeup bag. I contacted customer service and they requested a receipt and pictures. I didn't have a receipt anymore but sent pictures. Even so NARS said they would not replace the product. I won't buy NARS again, I will find another foundation because it's too expensive to risk having this happen again.
