They truly have The best customer service I've ever experienced. Tavonia was so helpful and kind and quick to reply. I definitly recommand Ilia Beauty!

I have a few Ilia products and really rate them however I had a small issue with one of their lip sketch crayons so contacted them to ask if anything could be done. WOW, without any further correspondence they immediately refunded me and also let me keep the product to gift to someone else. This is truly great customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Ilia products are so thoughtfully crafted. Beautiful formulations for aging skin types. The SPF serum and fo7ndations are beautiful and well worth the cost. And if thats not good enough to get you to buy something which it should be, the customer service is fabulous. Real people get back to you quickly with your shade and account questions. I 💯 % recommend this company and their products!

Excellent high end products that exceed my expectations favorites being make up skin care and their brushes as really good. I continue to use this brand and love their website and special offers. Their customer service was very quick in getting back to me when I had a question which was really impressive.

UPDATE: I heard back from customer service and they are shipping me the missing item. So glad to hear from them. Updated my rating to reflect response. ———I received the wrong item in my order. I ordered three eye stylus sticks and received two along with a milk base product. Not sure how that would happen. Emailed to try to get it resolved. Been a week, no response to my inquiries.

Whilst the products are wonderful the customer service is absolutely awful.

I had 2 orders, I returned both and one has been refunded the other still outstanding. I emailed to chase this up in the correct email chain relating to the order outstanding. They proceeded to reply with my other order number that had already been refunded - which may I add, had never been in this email chain.

Highly frustrating as attention to detail doesn’t seem to be given to emails and it takes a very long time to receive a response. I would suggest customer service agents actually read the emails properly. My goods were delivered on 13th March, I’m still awaiting a refund and have had to email back correcting the “customer service” agent to actually look into this correctly and not add random order numbers to my emails.

I already had the complexion stick and so decided to try 2 hydrating crayons. The quality and packaging was excellent, but unfortunately the shades didn't work for me. Customer service was excellent and Ilia Beauty is very considerate with their returns policy.

Ilia products are great, but their delivery system is the worst ever. Packages always seem to take forever and tracking is terrible. Once I watched a delivery person just throw a package several yards up my walk towards the door. Now I have a package that has been "out for delivery" for 4 days. Calls to ilia and the carrier all tell me just to wait. Ilia says eventually I can file a claim with the carrier but not yet. Aside from that they are no help. No offer to refund or replace. If you want their product do NOT buy from Ilia directly unless and until they decide to use a more competent and qualified shipper.

I love the company's clean products and the number of shades they offer in products like concealer and foundation. I have sensitive skin and none of the products have ever caused any irritation or reaction. Selecting the correct shade online can be tricky but Customer Service has been amazingly responsive to my questions. Tavonia was especially helpful this week!

Update: Customer service promptly and graciously responded to my request. Problem solved, I am very impressed with the outcome.

Excellent customer service. Effective skincare and beautiful makeup.

I have ordered both the blush stick and the tubed blush and am very impressed with the way they blend in and the way they make my skin feel. They both do nothing to irritate my sensitive skin. The stick I got a few months ago and it doesn't last very well, but I kept it because it's very portable and you can take it with you for a quick touch up. I then ordered the tubed blush more recently hoping that it has staying power. It doesn't, but I really like the color and the consistency.
I wanted to try their foundation but for the last several times I have tried to do it they have been sold out of the shade that would work for me so I tried another recommended cleaner beauty line instead. Obviously the products I have tried are great for sensitive skin. I just wish the colors had a more lasting impact as they are perfect for my complexion otherwise.

Ilia is a great clean beauty brand with a high focus on customer satisfaction. They have real customer service reps to have a real conversation with re product questions, shipping/return questions, and feedback. Products always arrive with safety seal intact, a big issue with other beauty brands! I absolutely recommend ILIA for clean beauty products.

Paul was GREAT! My usual product was out of stock online, so I tried their colour match suggestion and it was not a great match for me. When I reached out for a solution Paul was friendly, kind and got me to a great solution fast. Love Ilia customer service and products!

The quality of Ilia’s products is superb - even things like a lip mask (which I never normally buy but received a sample of) made an incredible difference. It’s definitely not a trendy, flash-in-the-pan influencer brand - it’s genuinely got the quality to back up the hype

I had to exchange a product because I purchased the wrong shade for my skin. Tavonia from Ilia was wonderful! She helped me find my correct shade quickly. Tavonia was very kind, helpful, and prompt. Now I have exactly what I want on the way!
