I contacted them thru email twice no one time they reach out to me they had a sale a week prior and I was getting a error message from my address I really wanted to try couple of products but I was just not able to place my order then today I reach out again and Louie wasn’t even trying to help me ones I said I wasn’t interested anymore since more since they didn’t want my business all he said was thank u for understanding!!!!!! Understanding what u didn’t even try helping me not ones !! I will never buy from this company ever again !

Their eyeliners while good don't ever come off even with makeup remover. Have to dig out your own eye to get this stuff off and just leaves you with irritation and eyelash fatigue from aggressivly trying to get it off since if you try to wipe it off normally youre left with cheetah patterns basically on your eyelids. Happens every time with their liquid eyeliners and have never had this issue with others

The cant stop won't stop powder is amazing and so is the bare with me concealer - I actually spent years looking for one that worked for my dry skin and still actually covered something - BUT I could write pages of threats to whoever decided on a pump bottle. Who decided not to use a normal wand? I have to repot it into a wand bottle from amazon. Also on the powder the writing tubs off but I dont really care about that.

Pessima esperienza presso il negozio di Roma Termini. Mi avvicino ad uno stand per provare delle matite labbra, ne prendo una già aperta e la testo sulla mano. Mi si avvicina una commessa che mi dice che non sono tester segnalandomi la scritta "no tester" che ho fatto fatica a leggere anche quando me l'ha indicata. Quindi mi dice che devo pagarla altrimenti le viene addebitata. Le faccio presente che la matita non è sigillata, come del resto tutte quelle in prima fila, e pertanto sono stata tratta in inganno. Mi risponde che un conto è aprirle e un conto è provarle. Sono dell'idea che non sia comunque normale consentire l'apertura di prodotti non tester e lasciarli in esposizione. Ad ogni modo ho pagato la matita e mi sono portata a casa un colore sbagliato e un prodotto aperto da altri. Ritengo sia ingannevole l'esposizione dei prodotti e sono convinta che NYX non mi avrà ancora tra i suoi clienti in negozio e online. Per fortuna la concorrenza è tanta. Meglio dare i soldi a chi agisce in modo più onesto e trasparente.

Ho trovato un prodotto che costava 10,90 (nello scaffale ben visibile) in cassa passava a 11,50. Quando ho fatto notare che l'offerta al pubblico era diversa la cassiera si è messa ad urlare che non poteva fare nulla e che avrei dovuto pagare quanto indicato dalla cassa. A quel punto le ho fatto notare che l'offerta al pubblico era diversa e che quello che mi stava dicendo era illegale. La cassiera ha continuato ad urlare chiedendomi anche che lavoro facessi. Inoltre quando un'altra cliente le ha fatto notare che era là per rilassarsi ha continuato ad urlare anche con lei. Alla fine entrambe siamo andate via senza comprare.
Il tutto è successo ad Olbia.

NYX sent me the wrong items. I returned them with a valid shipping receipt and kept detailed documentation of emails and multiple phone calls, including dates and names of representatives.

Despite this, NYX did not issue my refund. Only after I filed a bank dispute did they issue a partial refund, followed later by an additional $0.05. The refund was eventually completed, but only because of the dispute—not because NYX resolved it appropriately.

The most troubling part was NYX’s response to the Better Business Bureau, which contained statements that were inaccurate and contradicted my documentation. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the company provided misleading information.

I ultimately received my money back, but the process involved delays, misinformation, and a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I will not purchase from NYX again.

Servizio pessimo. Ho acquistato una matita labbra dal negozio in corso Cavour a Bari e le due svogliate delle commesse non si sono neanche degnate di venirmi incontro e aiutarmi con il colore o con altri prodotti che stavo vedendo. Sono rimaste lí a parlare dei fatti loro e quando mi sono avvicinata alla cassa per pagare con aria strafottente una di loro mi guarda e fa questo? 5€ fine. Mi ha messo la matita sul bancone e non mi ha neanche dato una bustina e io da persona educata ho salutato ma loro avevano già ripreso a parlare dei fatti loro senza neanche salutarmi. Peccato a me piace nyx ma tornerò ad acquistare da Sephora dove sono ben contenta di spendere i miei soldi visto che lí mi aiutano sempre a trovare i prodotti giusti!!!

I contacted NYX customer services to raise a concern about a brow pen being faulty.
I had no proof of purchase, so Boots advised me to contact the NYX.
Following my submitting details /lot number etc (which a boots employee suggested having herself seen the pen was faulty). NYX requested I... "kindly return to Boots to ask they search their system for a duplicate receipt..." .
I felt this to be ridiculous response, and did not feel it was reasonable for me to ask this of a large Boots branch, for makeup with a cost of £11.99.

Commande passée debut decembre , colis non livré, sur leur site (mon compte) il indique enquête ouverte mais rien ne bouges , il a fallut que j'appelle pour entendre dire qu'il fallait que je contact le liveur pour avoir plus d'informations (pour une commande envoyer par eux) il sont même pas capable de faire cette demarche . Puis il me dise que si d'ici 14j je suis pas livré alors il me rembourse . Sauf que 14j sa fait le 24decembre donc pas de cadeau pour la personne a qui je voulais l'offrir . Je recommande le nyx du bab2 bayonne les conseillères sont vraiment super et a l'écoute de nos demandes elle propose vraiment des produits adaptés a nos besoins

Je déconseille fortement les achats en ligne!
J’ai reçu 3 fonds de teint complètement descellés, avec les bouchons ouverts, et l’un d’eux avait même la pompe déjà pressée (une trace de fond de teint est visible). Les produits n’étaient absolument pas protégés pendant le transport : aucun emballage amortissant, seulement quelques filaments de papier de soie en très petite quantité. Une expérience extrêmement décevante.
