They blocked my funds and took 4 days…
They blocked my funds and took 4 days to tell me why and in the meantime I have no access to my money.
Customer experience team is extremely slow on replying and as of now i have no idea of where my funds are and if an when i will get my money back.

Awful service. When speaking in live chat, sounds like we are speaking with AI agents, everything is difficult for them. Easy things, they lie, always arguing random things. Do not trust this app.
